I've not watched the movie but if Menma's Kamui works the same way as Obito's, how can Minato even touch him? But maybe he can somehow do that with FTG.

Actually, never mind about this fight. Minato's at least 7-C scaling to KCM Naruto but KCM Naruto is at least High 7-C.
