She has to touch him first, which can’t happen with how fast he is. Assuming they start far away, her best hope is to just erase the air or create an air giant so Bakugou can’t dodge

TBF assuming standard battle assumptions, Bakugou is pretty pompous so he’d probably introduce himself like “I’m Katsuki Bakugou and I’m gonna beat you” or sumn like that

The rps of the drill is so much faster than even the fastest and strongest tornado, that a tornado with that spinning speed would tear off entire towns apart.
And I think we can measure how fast the tornado was spinning simply by using the scene.

Yeah Star could beat Bakugou if she makes an air giant and just starts barraging everything around her, since the massive AoE will stop Bakugou’s dodges. But realistically I have Bakugou taking it

Don't know if this is alright, completely just ignored the spin/rpm or whatever. Just did the standard kinetic energy value, don't know if that applies here.
Mach 28 and 1.3 Megatons. Rather not make a blog if this is not good or has an issue that needs to be fixed.
Also does this break the KE rules? Considering it didn't destroy the walls of the cave when he impacted it?

I also have to ask as I don’t own WHM, but did Bakugou’s explosion go inside of the cave he and the Serpenters were infront of? Sounds stupid but if it did then would the diameter when it came at the screen would be the radius

Lately we have been really lenient with the use of KE, only in extreme cases such as a relativistic ball only making a small hole in a wall are being disallowed.
I don't think we can see the full height of the cave in that shot, but we can see one pillar, I made the image brighter so it's more clear.

I think they will be scaling higher into High 7-C, since the tornado impact wasn't enough to knock them out, but the explosion was.

Yes, Hypersonic+ with 10% (Mach 22), higher with 15%, High Hypersonic with 20%
And that's being conservative and keeping 15% at Hypersonic+.

This would be Serpenters Durability, which Bakugo scales to for harming them.
20% being High Hypersonic is fully fine for me. Not fully sold or against 20%/30% being High 7-C+.
I'm fine with High 7-C+ via my monkey brain liking a high number. But I don't know how solid it is in actuality.
In reality upscaling is cringe and they should just be At least Hypersonic+ and High 7-C.

It’s more Mach 23 at 10% than Mach 22 ( exact value is Mach 22.879) so I see no reason 15% shouldn’t hop the gap.

Other than in the battle, Deku powering up from 10% to 15% didn't make much difference.

To be fair, the gap between 4.22 Kilotons and 5.8 Kilotons (1.37x) is larger than the gap between 419 Kilotons and 550 Kilotons (1.31x)
