Okay, but what about Medaka's all fiction? All it would take is less than a second for her to erase him from existence? And if not, then why?

Not comparable as they are not the same thing. Medaka is just Pseudo time stop , not ACTUAL time stop. They work differently, HAD won't move in her stopped time.Rikimarox2 said:

How it works is basically "erase time", but what i mean by this is, she erases the concept of time for her actions or "the time it takes her to do something", so basically, if she needs time to do an action normally that time is just erased by all fiction, not in the sense of "erasing the time frame" but rather erasing the time from her actions, which is essentially conceptual erasure. Correct me if im wrong on that doe.

Voting for Medaka. The End would be able to copy TWOH but better and stands do count as abnormal. An Abnormal is an individual possessing overwhelming capabilities such that the individual is unable to control that aspect of themselves and inherently seeks to master this power. An Abnormality is the specific, beyond human ability that an Abnormal possesses. Abnormalities manifest solely as internal powers, and rarely can be projected outside of the user's body. Oudo Miyakonojou is a notable exception to this rule. Abnormalities are often innate abilities, but are not necessarily present from birth, as it often takes a few years for an Abnormality to make itself evident.
The End (Õ«îµêÉ, Ji Endo): Medaka is capable of learning Abnormalities and completely mastering them, to the extent that she can use them to one hundred and twenty percent of their capability, becoming more skilled with them than even their original owners. This ability allows her to learn any skill quickly, from simple skills like baseball to the impossible feats performed by the members of the Thirteen Party. Medaka has learned super ball usage from Unzen, Auto-Pilot (automatic movement) from Takachiho, hidden weapon techniques from Munakata, accelerated healing from Koga, syringe usage from Naze, Reading Minds (the ability to receive electrical waves) from Yukuhashi, and Weighted Words (the ability to send electrical waves) from Oudo. As her Abnormality has developed, Medaka can now learn abilities based off of information or word-of-mouth and can now copy Minuses, successfully learning Five Forks from only a secondhand description. Hanten is about as strong if not stronger than ajimu by skill creation
And Medaka copied Bookmaker which worked on both of these AND made it better.
2-A ain't a big deal, and let's not mention she only needs to copy TWOH and she wins, she doesn't need to use Reality Overwrite (which is the only thing that is ranked as 2-A) to beat HAD.

Not gonna bother with the explanation over Ajimu's transendence over Medaka Box and her higher dimensional existence which qualify for tier 1 if im not mistaken, so imma just skip to the point. Medaka only needs to copy TWOH to stomp dis guy. She doesn't need RO to win, she will just steal RO after she wins. TWOH is not treated as 2-A so Medaka *understands* her way to victory here.

Being "Higher dimensional" can very well just be High 3-A.

The room is not a universe, it's not even heaven or hell. It's just ajimu's ability to be anywhere (she is present in their hearts or dreams when they die). Medaka traveled into other universes with War-Gold (and possibly many other universes), that makes 2, then there is Baby Planet and Pioneer Flag used by both Ajimu and Medaka (in that order), both of which create a new universe. That makes 4, but again that's only "at least" 4 (there could be more but we take 4).
Medaka won't get time stoped due to copying TWOH, then she will All Fiction blitz HAD and Bookmaker him and GG.
