I don't think that this would count as Power Nullification. It's like if Character A shoots water bullets at Character B but Character B shoots a fireball at the same time and evaporates the water bullets. I wouldn't say that is Power Nullification either.


Deconstruction is fine though, obviously.

Yeah, obviously Deconstruction is good to go here. And, no, this isn't Power Nullification of any kind.

Also, I won't be able to write proper justifications for this. I don't have the time, and I won't have the time soon, so someone else will need to handle it.

Deconstruction is fine. It shouldn't be atomic level however as both the manga and databooks consistently state and place the jutsu's capabilities around that near molecular/molecular range. The name of said technique doesn't matter as the actual explanation of the technique's capabilities contradicts the idea that the name presented is meant to be taken as literal rather than figurative.

Power Nullification is a no for me as Onoki isn't capable of nullifying someone's abilities themselves, it's just that Particle Style can deconstruct the physical attacks created by another. Like we wouldn't give someone Power Nullification if they, through the use of fire, vaporized another's earth constructions or water attacks.

Density Manipulation should probably be changed to Gravity Manipulation as the databook scan brings up the jutsu reducing or increasing something's gravity, which in turn decreases or increases the weight of something. It's just that the byproduct of him manipulating one's personal gravity causes the fluctuation in one's weight to occur.

Edit: I just checked it in Muu's profile, they described this technique as:

Limited Gravity Manipulation, Density Manipulation and Flight (Can reduce the gravity of his body and of the atmosphere itself, making his body much lighter and allowing him to fly)

I think it's so pretty much comprehensive by put them together. Or maybe it could work for applies it to Onoki and Kuu too?
