How good is Nizmo's Soul Manipulation?

On his page, it says that he can rip the soul out of someone, but it says nothing about Soul Manip on his actual Dragon Quest Wiki page
With this in mind, Goku would stomp through versatility and intel. Most Dragon Quest villains have very few abilities, mostly elemental spells, healing, and stat debuffing/amplifying. Goku in Ultra Instinct would be able to easily dodge most of Nizmo's attacks, and for his stat buffer Nizmo can actually counter himself with Disruptive Wave, an ability that removes stat changes, thus removing Kasap from Goku. His healing might be a problem, but Goku should be able to eventually overpower him, since he'll be the one dealing the most damage in this fight, also since his healing involves meditating, which, in the middle of a non-Game Mechanics fight, would be pretty useless.
If Nizmo's Soul Manip turns out to be OP, however, this fight would be a lot more interesting. Voting Goku for now.
