Not much to see here, just some routine abilitiy additions for a few characters. They are all pretty much undeniable and agreeable, so let's get right into it.
Extreme Heat Resistence for Armstrong, Raiden and Sam. Self explanatory, Raiden and Armstrong casually tank flames and explosions. Sam and Raiden are capable of tanking RAY's plasma cannon (confirmed to be plasma by Boris himself). They should all get Extreme Heat Resistence
Probability Manipulation for Fortune Yeah, she had an electromagnetic device on her the whole game, but even after it was took away from her, she managed to make every single one of RAY's missiles miss the characters, with many of them inexplicably changing direction right before hitting her. Snake even remarks "She really is Lady Luck". Self explainatory, she should get Probability Manipulation
Paralysis inducement for Vamp In his MGS2 bossfight he paralyzes Raiden by throwing a knife at his shadow. Now, i'm yet to play MGS4, where there could be some explaination for this, but as of MGS2, he should get Paralysis inducement.
