TBH Monet is a pretty bad fighter compared to others in the series and she very easily gets outsmarted and isn't great against others that can bypass her Logia

That's true. However, IIRC, she was dealing quite decently against Tashigi who's a Haki user. She lost once Zoro showed up and outclassed her in every possible way, letting Tashigi deliver the finishing blow when she was distracted.

Main issue is Monet has more problems dealing with Juvia's intangibility for she has no Haki and her powers would need a bit of time to take effect. Juvia's also a natural counter with Water Magic.

Juvia doesn't use the boiling water unless she is pissed though her main moves are either Water Lock and Water Slicer, probably the former given the starting range. If the Water Lock works for a win on, voting Juvia FRA
