I made a bunch of revisions meself, so of course

He can do more than one surge. He just needs to let it back out and wait a few seconds for his existence to stabilize again.
Think of it like holding a hot bowl of soup. You can pick it up, but if you hold it for more than a few second, it's going to burn you. So you need to put it down again. But if you put it down for only a millisecond then pick it up again, your hands are still going to be hot, so you're still going to get burnt. You need to wait for your hands to cool down again.
Can Pai heal himself? And can he fly indefinitely?
