A being with Low 2-C resistances to, say,Mindhax, isn't going to resist the same hax on a 2-B scale.

a 2-B resistance to EE isn't gonna help against 2-A EE.

The whole "both 4-D" Is stupid, since there are levels of 4-D. Hax may rely on dimensionality, but remember that an hax can be far more potent than another one. Hax has degrees of potency, like dimensionality. Because 4-D has various degrees of itself.
So at the end of the day I think a Low 2-C resistance to EE shouldn't really matter if your opponent has 2-C EE, since his hax degree of 4-D >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Your resistance's degree of 4-D

At least that's how I view it.

Mio stomps for other reasons thought, and even if you inequalize speed, it's a stomp either way.
