I just watched the series yesterday, and when I looked at the Hazbin Hotel profiles today, I noticed that the part where Alastor threatens to tear Husk's soul apart was not included in Alastor's profile.

Thing is Alastor could be bullshitting on that, he's said he'll do things he can't actually do before(remember Adam?)

It is also thought that Alastor was likely able to torture the souls of powerful overlords of his time and make them scream; this could be a supporting statement that he is capable of such soul manipulation.

While it's certainly possible that Alastor lied to scare the Husker, I think it's not possible to prove that Alastor definitely lied or that it was impossible for his to do so, so it wouldn't be enough to argue against a "likely" rating.
