Depending on where the fight takes place Milo may have the advantage of the disadvantage. Due to the nature of his powers, Milo needs to be in an unreasonably unsafe environment if he wants to have a chance at beating Mamoru.

Putting an already supernaturally unlucky person against Mamoru or Karen is really unfair, from what I see on his page Milo has no chance. Mamoru's ability is stronger and passively protects him from harm, even if it comes from someone with the same ability as his.
