I feel like miles should be high 8-C comparable to Peter Parker and at least multi city block level+ with venom blast full power as he destroyed the nuform explosion that was gonna destroy all of Harlem

I agree with comparing him to Peter. The "+" designation requires a calc (a quick one is possible using the area of Harlem if someone feels like doing it), and even it the reactor explosion is Multi-City Block what Miles did was absorb its energy and discharge it while delirious. If the feat is to be mentioned in the AP section, and not just in Stamina, then it should be worded in a way that makes it clear that it does not apply to his normal Venom attacks.
Maybe: Multi-City Block after discharging the maximum energy he can hold (Managed to absorb the energy of the unstable Nuform reactor that was going to destroy Harlem, and discharge it in high altitude, although absorbing the energy left him in a semi-conscious state).

Also, for some weird reason the Insominiac Peter profile links to the comic Superior Spider-Man/comic Doc Ock profile, and gives him a possibly Class M Lifting Strength on that basis, which should be changed.
