Mihawk vs WB (swords only)

I'm assuming the higher can be used to put Mihawk on 6-B so it isn't a complete AP stomp, from what I can tell both have air slashes and similar levels of haki, although Whitbeard has Conqueror's. Whitebeard has his weaknesses in old age but his High pain Tolerance and stamina can sustain him during the fight. I'll vote Mihawk since he is said to be the strongest/greatest swordsman, where as Whitbeard seems to use his bisento as a compliment to his main fighting style.

Shouldn't this be in fun and games though since it's restricting Whitbeard's entire devil fruit ability and assuming Mihawk is 6-B.
