Mid-Game Dovahkiin Addition

Since the Dawnguard DLC and its events are considered to be mid-game, and during this DLC the Dovahkiin acquires Auriel's Bow, a weapon which can send arrows from Nirn to Aetherius (an immeasurable distance, filled in by multiple infinite planes of both Mundus and Oblivion), the Dovahkiin should get a mid-game key speed addition of "Immeasurable attack speed with Auriel's Bow"
