This is actually difficult. Both forms of Genesis is stronger than Mewtwo, and clones and cursing will do serious damage. However, Me First hax, along with Mewtwo's intelligence allowing him to switch AP and Dura if he feels too challenged would allow him to cast a stronger Apocalypse. Teleportation will help Mewtwo out a lot too.

Me First Hax along with Power/Guard Swap plus Recover are all helpful. Plus Memory wiping.
