We just list the item in his equipment at the bottom with the rest of his guns and stuff, write out what it does, add all the funny lil scans, and that's what it be. If we HAVE to list it in the ability section, just go "Infinite Ammo with Infinity Bandana".
As long as it's indexed, explained and what not, what we actually link it don't matter much, all the confirmed info would be there, we can't say what we don't know after all.
MGS' logistics for this shit isn't supposed to make sense or be tied to an actual ability, it's a legit meme. It just works.

Does anyone notice the 6-B Armstrong feat might still be valid? Actual liquid magma comes out of the floor in his fight against Raiden, while it doesn't in his fight against Sam (which was on top of a building), all you gotta do is look more closely

Like 90% done the actual draft, might even finish today given I'm finishing it up right now.
I'll prob go back and clean it up with gifs and albums after the actual CRT
