I’d side with the Mesmer. Much more deadly with its mind control and it could probably just use hit and run tactics to chip away at the Great White. It is important to note that the Mesmer is also smarter by far and can also likely make its enemy slam in a rock constantly(if it can hypnotize someone to let it bite them) it seems to just have more going for it

The Shark seems baseline 9-B while the Mesmerer is 1.3757136951113934e5 J. As if the hypno boy doesn't hax with hypnosis already, a thing the size of a child's toy one-shots an overrated, curious shark.
