Eh, Thor atleast got weaken a couple of times so it’s not even that bad plus he got a prema amp and is supposed to be getting stronger in love&thunder. While hulk got clapped by his supposed rivial, didn’t get his rematch with thanos and got downgraded in power

In a1 hulk won and was about to finish if it wasn't for that ship attack
In Ragnarok he was clapping Thor until he got amped
Hulk get up after secs from 2 attacks then grandmaster stopped the Fight

um no he wasn’t, Thor was actually doing pretty good agianst him for most of the fight and only got downed after hulk caught the hammer and he immediately got amped

Yeah they were even then hulk got an rage amp but Thor had speed advantage so he started to clap then after he tried to jump on him with The hammer hulk stopped it with some struggle then he started beating tf out of hulk until he got amp

Thor was overpowered at first but once he unlocked his full power, he was going to completely crush Banner. The only reason why Thor didn't defeated him was because the Grandmaster stopped the fight, otherwise Banner would have been wrecked.

I don’t remember hulk clapping Thor outside of the sort ground pound
Hulk gets his power from rage, no rage equals no power. Considering prof hulk wasn’t even as angry as his phase 1 version and seemed smaller then his avengers version. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say his weaker
