Maybe there trying to branch out more into the animated side of things since most of there heavy hitters have been dead for quite some time(spectacular Spider-Man, EMH and the FF)

If something like that does happen anytime soon within the next few years(like 2022-2024) I'll honestly be genuinely surprised but just thinking of it's timing industry wise and projects that are already planned I just can't see it being fit into the current slates for either Disney or Sony

Honestly I'd say that's plausible and that in the long run Sony and Disney know it's more profitable and fun for the both of them if they continue to partner and share Spider-Man within their respective rights and creative properties and there's no doubt that with the multiverse becoming increasingly being more popular and focused on within these next few years that Sony will capitalize and for some kind of movie involving one or the other

Just to clarify, it will make at least a billion, not necessarily a billion in profit.

It's a bit of a risk on my end seeing that we're only just seeing people return to cinemas and such, but it'll be a great achievement if it does considering.
