It was most likely just placeholder for a scene compilation scene (Like the one that Thor had) where Mighty Thor did some epic shit during the month prior to the events of the main film. Shang-Chi had Deadpool vs Proxima Midnight in it concept art as a fight that happened at the Golden Daggers Club
