Does the timeframe matter for environmental destruction if they are never applied to a character's regular stats?

We Know that 838 Strange's timeframe is the moment they found out about Thanos as a threat to just before their version of Infinity War
For 616 Strange the timeframe was resurrecting Defender Strange to before Clea showed up.
Seems like a couple of months at worst.

Hmm you'd have to make a good enough case I'd think but as long as it's explained good I don't think anyone would be opposed to it
