Nah that light is absolutely abysmal when it's at its source so much so you could never make out a figure as the light we see is just much too bright and expansive

Even the celestial body being Earth-sized is pretty generous. 646 petatons is a lot given not a lot of High 6-A characters have feats that yield that high, at least from what I've seen
