Yeah, thought you were talking about this. In the MCU, it has shown no power outside of creating a pocket realm, projecting the souls of the dead and detecting souls though. Wish we could see more about it

Portal Creation: The Watcher is capable of opening portals throughout the Multiverse. Opened a portal to the remains of Doctor Strange Supreme's universe to flee from Ultron.

Energy Projection: Channeling the energy of the Power Stone or the energy of all the Six Infinity Stones, Ultron is able to fire beams of energy from his lance where a single beam was capable of destroying all of Asgard, enhance the power of his punches which could generate large shockwaves, or release an omnidirectional blast of energy capable of destroying multiple planets such as Xandar and its neighboring planets.
