Not sure how what I said implies that at all. Rhodey’s suit was completely unharmed by a hit from Cull, was back up in time to be leading the defense with Sam when all the beyblades showed up, was able to walk off a held back Thanos using the Space Stone and is stated to be on the same level as Tony’s best stuff besides nanotech, which is supported by similar feats of durability as HB Mk 2.

Well, it is much weaker than him since the blast took him out, but he should scale to the Hulkbuster Mk 1 which is also 7-B.
Why would cw War Machine scale to hulkbuster when cw Tony Doesn't?

Uatu said that he saw "everything that ever happened, everything that will happen, everything that could happen", or something like this, which means that he is able to see all possible futures. It might be redundant, but Clairvoyance not always gives Precognition so in my opinion it would be better to add both.

Weirdly enough it'd probably be resistance to fate since with clairvoyance he's already seen everything now before and in the future but Ultron is completely out of that which the Watcher saw soooo
