People keep forgetting about this guy because people forget the Incredible Hulk is MCU canon. Might as well get GOATED Tim Roth ready for She-Hulk revisions.

Okay, so here's what we're gonna go over

A) Upgrading Emil to 8-C and giving him some new stuff for his abilities tabber

B) Slight changes for Abomination

Emil Blonsky
Emil's page claims the following in reference to him receiving the Super Soldier Serum:

Weaknesses: Due to the difference of the Super Soldier Serum, Blonsky does not have Captain America's superhuman strength, speed and durability. However, he does have superior agility and regeneration

See, the problem with that is, its just not true. This would assume Blonsky took the Serum and it gave him virtually none of the benefits the Serum is meant to give you. Seems a bit odd right? For those of you who have not seen the movie, here's what happens. Emil agrees to taking an altered variant of the Super Solider Serum. At first, it's just a small dosage. When he encounters Hulk at the university, he gets swatted away and severely injured. After his regen comes into play, he recovers and receives a larger dosage of the Serum. Because of these two instances, its very fair to assume that Emil should be on the same level as Captain America, ergo Building level. The only alteration about the Serum he took were the negative side effects to his skeletal structure as well as growing more aggressive. There's no reason to assume that the Serum is any weaker, it just has some effects that are less ideal for what the Serum was intended for.

Anyways, abilities time

Abilities:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Martial Arts, Weapon Mastery, Vehicular Mastery, Acrobatics, Regeneration (Low-Mid; Had every bone in his body crushed by the Hulk and healed in hours), Light Manipulation (Possesses flashbangs), Explosion Manipulation (Via Grenade Launcher), Resistance to Diseases and Extreme Temperatures (Similar to Steve Rogers, Emil should be able to survive being unconscious in the ice for nearly seven decades)

The Abomination
The official MCU guidebook claims that Abomination is superior to Hulk

Abilities:
All previous innate abilities, Thunderclaps, Large Size (Type 0), Natural Weaponry (Can utilize his bone spikes in combat, stabbing opponents with them), Immunity to Poison Manipulation and Disease Manipulation (Having received Hulk's blood, the Abomination should possess his resistances as well)

Overall Stat Changes
Attack Potency: Building level (Received a small dosage, and later a larger dosage of an altered Super Soldier Serum, meaning his strength should be equal to that of Steve Rogers) | Large Island level (Stronger than The Hulk)

Speed: Subsonic (Comparable to Captain America), with Massively Hypersonic+ combat speed and reactions (Reacted to Hulk's attacks and kept up with him in combat) | Subsonic+ running speed (Faster than before. Nearly outran a helicopter with a minigun which was firing at him. Comparable to the Hulk) with Massively Hypersonic+ combat speed and reactions

Durability: Building level | Large Island level (Tanked hits from The Hulk. Withstood his own punch being redirected into him by Wong's portals)

Weaknesses: Due to the difference of the Super Soldier Serum, Blonsky suffers from attitude changes and negative effects to his bone structure, though the former weakness has no majorly interfered with his competence in battle | None notable

Thoughts?

I'm neutral on Emil's upgrade, and onboard with the abilities and Abomination proposals.
But assuming that Emil's serum is equated to the one Steve took, then shouldn't Steve's regeneration scale to Emil's as well?
You could argue that. I know some people say that Blonsky's variant of the Serum gave him greater agility and regeneration than Steve, but...that's never confirmed anywhere, so Steve by all means should possess this level of regeneration

Yeah, if we treat them as entirely separate serums with different effects, then Steve shouldn't get a regen upgrade. But if we treat them as more or less the same thing, and upgrade Emil's stats because of it, then it's only fair for Steve to get the regeneration buff as well.

Would this affect any other Super Soldier Serum user or is it just:

Variant Serums < Erskine Serum

Where Erskine's Serum scales to the beneficial effects of the Variant Serums?

Scaling goes like this

Variant Serums < Erskine's Serum < Nagel's Serum

But their main functions are considerably increased strength, durability, speed and agility, with those levels increasing in accordance to the scaling chart above. Regeneration is a side-effect of that.

That being said tho, even those with imperfect Serum solutions should sort of scale to the likes of Bucky, Cap and Spidey-tier people given Red Skull's more-than-acceptable performance against Cap, the Soviet Super Soldiers on their lonesome fodderizing Bucky after being fed Stark's imperfect Serum (Which might've made it to Isaiah as well), and Nagel's serum causing the Flag-Smashers to easily overwhelm Bucky even with his new Vibranium arm, and then of course, Walker needing both the efforts of Sam and Bucky to be taken out.

In universe logic, Zola's Serum would have been based on Erskine's Prototype Serum via Blood Samples from Red Skull right?

Whereas the US Based Serums (Isaiah, Stark's, Banner's, Emile's, and Nagel's Serums) would have been based on Erskine's Perfected Serum via Blood Samples from Captain America right?

IDK where the Russians based theirs.

The Russians most likely based theirs on Stark's after Bucky killed Tony's parents and stole the serum packs from their car, which he most likely based from the blood samples of Cap.

Aren't the Russians allied with Hydra a different group from the main Russian government in the MCU?

Because in Black Widow, Red Guardian's undercover mission in America was to ransack research and burn down a secret SHIELD/HYDRA research facility.

Back then SHIELD wasn't exactly Hydra, they took full form in TWS.

Another thing is that Stark's Serum was stolen by Bucky for Hydra in 1991.

Dreykov sent Red Guardian on an undercover mission in America that began in 1992, and lasted until 1995.

Red Guardian was already a Super Soldier during the Cold War, even before Stark's Serum was stolen.

That's not the serum being different, that's just how the Phase I serum worked. The serum brings out the person's inner self and enhances those attributes. Blonsky wanted to fight and hated growing older. He was obessed with strength and his fashincation with the Hulk's strength is what led him to become Abomiantion.

The high speed regen and the weird bones are just factors in the serum bringing out Blonsky's inner self.
This link is 404'ed as a note
then shouldn't Steve's regeneration scale to Emil's as well?
I disagree with this for the reasons I mentioned above. Physically Blonsky being comparable to Steve is one thing, but his serum was boosting traits that fit him. Blonsky doesn't have Steve's unbreakable will for example, because that's not a trait the serum enhanced.
