This is what I have worked about the cosmology CRT so far:
Currently, the MCU multiverse is considered 2-A since it contains infinite universes, realities and dimensions, but actually those statements refer to the Sacred Timeline and not the multiverse as a whole:
With this we can conclude that the Sacred Timeline is a 2-A structure. After the death of He Who Remains, the Sacred Timeline was freed and branched out into bigger timelines that connected with the rest of the multiverse. In What If...?, we are told that there are endless possibilities where a single choice can branch out into infinite realities. Therefore, the current multiverse contains endless 2-A timelines where a single choice can branch out into infinite realities, in addition to the countless timelines that had been isolated from the Sacred Timeline by He Who Remains.
  • This could explain why the sorcerers during Doctor Strange could make portals to travel throughout the multiverse but in MoM they couldn't anymore, since they were actually traveling through the Sacred Timeline and not the entire multiverse, and MoM happens after the events of Loki.
Note: this is a CRT exclusively to deal with the cosmology and timelines of the MCU, the mention upgrades to characters is derailing from the purpose of the thread, that will be addressed in another CRT if this one is accepted.

So this would bump the cosmology up to 2-A+ correct?

There is always a bit of misinformation and confusion regarding what is above baseline 2-A, but from what I gathered after a question made several months ago in a thread the MCU cosmology would indeed be above baseline.
If a single timeline contains an infinite number of Universes, and there are an infinite amount of timeline, this would be an infinite^infinite cosmology which is at least one layer above baseline, possibly higher.

If the CRT is accepted, then the multiverse would contain endless timelines (endless can be used as a synonym for infinite), each of which contains infinite universes, realities and dimensions, and where a single choice can branch out into infinite realities, all that plus the countless timelines that existed since before the Sacred Timeline

I brought that up a long time ago but that was already rejected.
Which doesn't make sense. The Watcher, who knows everything, states that he cannot imagine the horrors that might follow if Ultron is unleashed upon the multiverse, and that the Guardians of the Multiverse are his last hope to save all the universes. If Infinity Ultron was weaker than Alioth or Dormammu, the Watcher would just BFR him with them, plus the Dark Dimension is a universe and Ultron represents a threat to it according to the Watcher

That's not really the counterargument for it? The counterargument is that Alioth and Dormammu are at least controllable threats to some extent. Dormammu can only invade a universe through pretty specific means while Alioth is practically in his own.

Ultron doesn't have any of these limits.

Dormammu is 2-A overtime since he can conquer all of the infinite realities and dimensions of the multiverse into his Dark Dimension, which is another universe, and Infinity Ultron is a threat to all the universes. I will address that rating in an upcoming CRT

This would be the next CRT, even if just a possibly 2-A is accepted I'll settle
Dormammu
Wong stated that Dormammu is on a quest to invade every universe and bring all worlds into his Dark Dimension, Ancient One stated that the universe is only one of an infinite number and that there are worlds without end. And a guidebook stated that Dormammu is constantly plotting to conquer all of the infinite realities and dimensions within the multiverse into his Dark Dimension.

Both feats are 2-A therefore it is impossible that Dormammu could do it by absorbing a single universe by universe, so both him and the Dark Dimension can potentially be that tier, and the dialogues imply an overtime feat. Therefore his AP justification should be changed to this:

Low Multiverse level (Has conquered and absorbed many worlds and dimensions into his Dark Dimension, which is another universe, and was going to merge Earth's dimension/reality with it), Multiverse level+ overtime (Constantly plots to conquer all of the infinite universes, realities and dimensions within the multiverse into his Dark Dimension)

The Watcher
Doctor Strange Supreme stated that the Watcher is able to fix the collapse of a timeline. In this CRT the timelines were accepted at 2-A, which is explained in this cosmology blog.

Infinity Ultron
WoG stated that Ultron was legitimately punching across multiverses, turning them into one "messy universe soup". By multiverses, "in universe", it might refer to the group of universes that contains each timeline, which is infinite, since that's literally the definition of a multiverse.

The Watcher, who has seen everything that has ever happened, ever will happen and ever could happen, stated that he cannot imagine the horrors that might follow if Ultron is unleashed upon the multiverse, and that the Guardians of the Multiverse are his last hope to save all the universes within the multiverse, which should include every possible Dark Dimension, making Ultron a bigger threat than Alioth and Dormammu at his fullness.

Also, Alioth should be a higher degree of 2-A considering that he affected all of the possible Timelines, if this wasn't already implied in the previous CRT.
