I'm kind of leaning towards Mayday here. She has a huge range advantage, she can use her music to take over Noel's robot, and she can resurrect herself.
 
this is a stomp bruh, Noel only strong that it not really have any special ability( for the present atleast, who know what she gonna get in future episode of hologra if she appear again)
