Master Roshi vs Kisuke Urahara

Urahara wins both rounds rather handily. His Hakuda skills will allow him to keep up with Roshi in H2H no problem. If Roshi decides to try ki blasts, Urahara can probably cancel them out with his Shikai or answer them with high level Hado or portable Gigai. His collection of Hado spells and those inflating Gigai to troll Roshi with and a plethora of other abilities with his Shikai and Bankai that Roshi really has no answer for plus his brilliant strategic/tactical mind all mean Urahara is a package which Roshi can't handle. Roshi certainly matches up to Urahara in terms of physical might. But Urahara as a whole is a package which Roshi can't handle.
