Well, it is on the list of verses that need massive downgrades. But same with Zelda, Chrono Trigger, and Kirby. And same with massive Dragon Ball upgrades.

On that note, Base Sonic characters should be upgraded to Low 2-C, because Sonic survived a hit from the Time Eater.

That said, Low 2-C could be an outlier, but he could still be 4-A because Erazor Djinn absorbed half the energy of a 4-A realm and the phantom ruby made a starry dimension, which should obviously scale to physicality and be mentioned on his page to make his attack potency a whole paragraph long.
