Mario should be upgraded to Low 2-C immediately because he scales to Megabug who was going to destroy the space-time of the mushroom kingdom. And sense Goombas canonically tank hits from Mario and help defeat enemies that could challenge Bowser Jr, all fodder should be upgraded to Low 2-C as well. This is consistent because Mario also survived the destruction of the Sammer Kingdom and should scale to Rosalina because she's playable in 3D world and absolutely isn't nerfed for the sake of balance at all, nevermind the fact that she doesn't use any of her powers ouside of a double jump

Oh, Rosalina was downgraded? Well she obviously scales to weakened Bowser who survived the black hole, and since it was threatening the fabric of the universe, that clearly means it was going to destroy the space-time continuum.

Why didn't you mention the MCU upgrades? In THor: The Dark world, the realms were represented as galaxies which would make the aether 3-B at minimum. THor would scale pre-infinity war because he was able to fight Malekith. But there's more to it than that.

We know that the stones were created by the big bang and maintain the balance of the universe. This would obviously make them low 2-C as it includes Space and Time. Wanda was able to overpower 5 stones with her own powers, which come from the stones, which would make her Low 2-C as well. In Endgame we see that Thanos is comparable to her without the gauntlet, which would thus cause Thor, Iron Man, and Captain America to all scale to Low 2-C.

I should also mention that in Thor Ragnarok, Hela was able to throw a knife fast enough to hit Loki and Thor while they were all in the bifrost, meaning she threw her knife faster than the bifrost's speed. This is consistent with Doctor Strange being able to hide the time stone in a distant star, which was definitely a speed feat and not hax of any kind because sorcerers all use visible portals to transport things, so they should all be upgraded to MFTL.
