I couldn't find any good High 6-B characters or verses to sack against MvC characters, so we're doing this now.

Fight takes place as a practice skirmish between the two while riding on the Partenaire airship.

Gambit is more skilled, though I think Ruby has more advantages. She can utilize stronger attacks with her Power Orb, has summons to keep Gambit busy, and her arsenal paired already let’s her use attacks with much greater range. To be fair, Gambit’s abilities and choice of throwing cards are certainly not what you can call a predictable combat approach. However, Ruby’s a lot more versatile, being able to call upon water geysers from the ground, armed members of her crew, ghosts, and her entire ship. Absorption helps too
