Meanwhile FW2 scales to Super Janemba (Time Breaker) who stomps himself when he was without Time Breaker powers who is more powerful than Anime SSJ3 Goku who did a High-End 3-C feat by merely transforming into SSJ3.

More specifically, SSJ3 Goku's transformation caused a 3.070048 × 1068 joules event via shaking the Universe. Literally only 2.79897903876x away from flat out 3-B.

So... pretty sure FW2 AP Stomps.

Wait... If 2x SSJ3 Goku Level is 3-B... Shouldn't Time Breaker Janemba be 3-B because Time Breaker amps are massively greater than their previous consistently ? For example Hercule with Time Breaker powersin XV2 explicitly went from Human Level to SSJ1 Cell Games Goku Level. Buu with Time Breaker Powers went from SSJ3 Level from him being a major threat. Broly went from below SSJ2 Level to outright being a threat to Buu Saga Level combatants... Etc.
