How long does this take to happen? Also i meant like Reinhard's slashes are spatial Manipulation but there isnt any ability attached to it. He is just skilled enough for that, same with godly instincts. How would you scan somebody having divine feelings in his guts? that sounds so wrong

the scan is instant, and no, FW resist space-time cut, the only thing arguably he not resist is sleep hax

Anyway joke aside he currently do not have it on the profile, but he can circumvent it by using his ability to restore energy/ki. Also good luck trying to absorb Low 1-C amount of energy

Reinhard's sleep manip is via energy absorption. If he can't drain FW then he has no wincon at all.
