Mario Tennis Aces. Bullet Time? Or Speed Feat?

So A few new trailers has dropped for Mario Tennis Aces and with the New gameplay we got to see some new abilities from the Mario Cast, Zone Shot is an ability that Seemingly slows down time for a short duration allowing Mario to freely aim before striking, I feel it would count as a bullet time ability for Mario. Zone Speed seems to be more of a Speed feat rather than an ability, Mario is able to move so fast where everything begins to slow down, its even stated within one of the trailers that the world around you slows down.
