Okay, since the end of the Unexpected series, many of us didn't understand why Mandrakk looked so weak in this series. The truth is he wasn't weak less powerful than before but definitely but not weak.

Here some feats and statements

• The Unexpected couldn't win against Mandrakk Neon the Unknown recognized that. That's why he used his power to change him.

• Ripped Tempus Fuginauts's heart from his chest.

• Barbatos could hardly chain him.

• Neon the Unknown stated that if Mandrakk reaches the multiverse, he will feed on all creation all of positive matter.

• Influenced the dragon of barbatos without barbatos notice it.

• His battle against the Bad Samaritan could have destroyed Nil and the multiverse as well.

Okay, i know many of you will considers this as a massive PIS but it is not. Let me explain, we know that Neon the Unknown used the fires of creation to change Mandrakk and the fires of creation is from the World Forge and has the ability to rearrange positive, dark and antimatter. The Bad Samaritan power is the opposite, his fires of destruction destroys annything. So, the reason why Mandrakk was first overwhelmed by him was because of his fires of destruction not necessarily by raw strength.

Nil (The Monitor Sphere)

• Nil (The Monitor Sphere) is still outside the multiverse.

• Nil (The Monitor Sphere) is where the Isotope (Bleed fragment) was the most concentrated.

• Mandrakk refers Nil as a holy ground and the gateway to the multiverse.

• Multiverse rotate above Nil.

• Destroying Nil (The Monitor Sphere) will destroy the multiverse as well.

We should add a Post Metal key on Mandrakk profile. Since he apparently gives some trouble to Barbatos for chaining him and the Post Metal Monitor Sphere is still outside the multiverse and Mandrakk could feed on all the positive matter multiverse.
