Mami Tomoe vs Kamen Rider Zero-One (Broken Versatilities vs Broken Versatilities)

Alright, this is the match that i wanted to make in a while but didn't have time, but now here we are
Both having one of the most broken versatilities (Zero-One precog and RPL with many forms that make him access so many abilities, while Mami had that bonkers power null via the ribbons alongside her inteligence, thus making her glass cannon irrelevant)
Beside that, this match would make me feel the nostalgia where Mami was the apex of tier 7 (excluding ultra-haxes chars of course), and how much heads of the opponents she take after the fights, now her reign is over long ago, can she show these new kids in VSBW hoods: what's make her feared!?

Invited to the Kamihama City by an unknown group, Aruto found himself in a dire situation, as soon as he acknowledge the secret behind of Kamihama, now he must escape from the battlefield that occured between the Magius and Puella Magi
However, as the situation didn't get worse, he met a girl that sit around an empty cafe
"Looks like you are in a trouble" said her, much to made Aruto cautious
"Yeah...what do you want from me? Are you one of those Magius?" Ask Aruto
She softly laugh "Maybe....maybe not"
"Then why are you on my way?"
"I found you interesting" said her while sipping her tea. "Unlike us, the Puella Magi....you possessed a power that neither us met before"
"Same can be said for me, never that i had met someone who possessed an supernatural and magical power before" Aruto replied
"Crossing, huh?" She then stood up. "Guess i should have enough to talk....lets make it simple, i want to have a fight against you"
"A fight?"
"More like an duel between you and me"
"But why i should accept that?" Aruto asked again
"You want to escape, right? If you win i can give you a help" she answered, much in Aruto surprise
"But if you lose, you may stuck in this city for a long time" warn her. "What do you think?"
Silence from Aruto, then....."Guess i have no choice" He then took up his driver and progrise key
"Excellent" She then took her gem. "No holding back, if you do then a death is your result"
They are ready in their position
"I might as well introduce myself, the name is Tomoe Mami...A Puella Magi that had experienced many things and tragedy in my life, whats your name, young man?
"Aruto....Hiden Aruto, the Young CEO of Hiden intelligence, had a dream to unite the humanity and humagear"
"And now, the only person that can defeat you, it's me!"

Well, considering how smart Mami is, the moment she knew that Aruto had that superior perception/precog and ability to abuse the TP really hard, she's going to pop up the Doppels qucik as possible
Also for the first hit, it will be 50/50 as again, she can create the clones in instant so landing an first hit will be very difficult to do

She'd have to experience the TP spam first before she can deduce it and adapt to it. By then Aruto would very likely pulled out his arsenal. Remember that most characters in Zero-One can adapt to other's fighting techniques. Dodo Magia is built for learning and adapting but never have a moment to retaliate. Even Horobi lost against Shining Hopper the first time he saw the ability because he couldn't adapt to it fast enough for Zero-One to spam him.
 
As for that, i just remember something
Dunno if this going to be mean anything as they are using different power for speed boost but Mami has fought someone who can blitz her: Kirika Kure
Basically the girl can abuse the time slow for herself against the opponent and its passive
So while time slow and teleportation abuse is obviously two different power, at least Mami already experienced an opponent who can use the speed advantage against her
As for the adaptation, majority of Puella Magi in the series has RPL as well so this should be not be ignored (and considering Mami has fought multiple Puella Magi before, her RPL should be greater than that) and if you read her feats and combining with her experience on her battle with Kirika, there is a chance she can adapt the teleportation
However i'm not denying it would be a very hard situation to do so
 
Well, she would have to deal with the Shine Crystals as well as TP and we know how versatile those things are.
 
Well Shine Crystal and TP are going to be an hell out of major thing she need to face, but at least she can deal the TP since again, she fought someone who can blitz her before

So whats the consensus here now? Both sides already gave their best (tho on PMMM side i'm the one who handled it, brain melt moment lmao) and honestly this is an solid incon, at least for me
I also still waiting for @Zencha9 to come but we'll see

Ngl the precog that Zero-One had is the most brutal thing that Mami need to face, and ngl again most of my arguments are kinda ignoring that lel

Then again tho, that doesn't automatically made it 100% on Aruto favor, Mami still had that skills and experiences, the ribbons, doppels, and RE
Honestly i'm still learning to incon but looks like Aruto had the bigger advantage here (i'm not voting since i don't want to make myself looks biased lel, yes voting on your own thread is allowed)

Anyway thats all of my arguments, basically in summary: Zero-One hit or Mami bind and mind hax him via doppels, but Zero-One had a bigger advantage here

If the following of these users didn't showed up (@Randomlamdom and @CrimsonStarFallen ) and Gudako didn't responded yet, i call it wrap
But for now i'm counting the votes started from Zencha
 
Dunno if that change anything since speed are equalized here and Mami having an experience to fight against an opponent who can blitz her before
 
It matter since not only is his speed amp blitz people who originally have higher speed tier than Mami, that said people also have such drastically slow down perception is unable to react to Z1 speed amp at all.
 
This is what i fear the most since Z1 got speed upgrade, i refuse to acknowledge this as stomp now

Also i'm still think the experience that Mami had against Kirika is going matter here, yes i know its an speed amp via time slow but it still had a same element as Z1 speed amp

And i also want to know, can the precog do anything to an abilities that even someone who had cosmic awarness can't detect it (The Ribbons)?
