Taking Antvasima's advice, I'm going to put everything that should be added here in this thread. This will apply to all characters in HxH. I'll update this thread as needed, and it'll take some time to finish.
As agreed in this thread, anyone in the verse who can use Nen will automatically have the following abilities, unless specifically stated to not be able to (Like Leorio or Zushi):
Aura
With Ren: Fear Manipulation, Limited Paralysis Inducement, Limited Death Manipulation, and Madness Manipulation Type 3.
With Ten: Longevity, Resistance to Madness Manipulation, Paralysis Inducement, Death Manipulation, and Fear Manipulation.
With Zetsu: Stealth Mastery and Possible Body Control.
With Hatsu: Energy Projection.
With Gyo: Enhanced Senses.
With In: Limited Invisibility.
With En: Psychometry.
Statistics Amplification with Ren, Ten, Ko, Ken, Shu, and Ryu.
Now, I'll start with my favorite character, Hisoka.
P&A:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Transmuter), Aura (Has a powerful and sinister aura.), Genius Intelligence, Martial Arts (Capable of outmatching Gon in H2H combat. Can fight entire crowds.), Transmutation (Hisoka can turn his aura into a sticky and elastic substance called Bungee Gum.), Enhanced Senses. (Even overlooking Gyo, Hisoka easily has some of the best detecting feats in the entire series. He detected Kalluto Zoldyck, while he was using Zetsu, which greatly shocked master Nen users like Nobunaga and Machi. Kalluto's Zetsu is described to be "flawless". ), Surface Scaling (Can use Bungee Gum to walk on walls.), Acrobatics (Is highly agile), Attack Reflection. (He can deflect projectiles with Bungee Gum. Launched Razor's ball right back at him. Sent all of Gotoh's coins back at him.), Resurrection? (Commanded Bungee Gum to restart his heart and lungs after he died, resuscitating him.), Expert Marksman (Can throw his cards with extreme precision.), Stealth Mastery (He has good stealth feats we can use. Was able to remain hidden from Killua, Amane, and Tsubone, Snuck into the Hunter's Association HQ and assassinated Teradein without being seen.), Limited Illusion Creation? (With Texture Surprise, he was able to create a fake prophecy that tricked Nen users of the Spiders' caliber. He can replicate over 1,000 different textures.), Weapon Mastery (He usually kills with nothing but playing cards and Shu, and is capable of using a makeshift flail to great effect, being able to harm Chrollo Lucilfer.), Immense Pain Tolerance (Was smiling despite breaking all 10 of his fingers. Casually dug into his severed arm, Was unfazed by losing both arms, and Did not notice that his leg was blown off.)
AP: Unfortunately, he lacks calcs so we have no choice but to use power-scaling. Best I can do is this: (Easily killed Kortopi and one-shot Shalnark, can fight relatively evenly against Chrollo Lucilfer despite being at a massive disadvantage.)
Speed: First key: (Disappeared from Gon's sight. Caught knives thrown at him easily, and on the first try. Easily dodged attacks from Kastro's double. Machi, one of the swifter Troupe members, was impressed by his speed. Blitzed Gon during their fight. ) Second key: (He's fast enough that Gotoh was unable to keep track of him. Can keep pace with Chrollo and the Zoldyck Family).
Lifting Strength: (Hisoka ranks third in physical strength in the troupe, behind only Uvogin and Phinks. Effortlessly lifted 5 humans and used them as a human hammer to fend off a crowd.)
Striking Strength: (Killed Shalnark with a single strike to the head.)
Durability: (Was relatively unscathed by attacks from Chrollo. Chrollo is capable of decapitating people with a single chop.)
Stamina: Immensely High. (Ran 80 Kilometers without breaking a sweat. Was not exhausted at all after fighting Kastro. Same goes for his dodgeball match with Razor, and his fight against Chrollo.)
Range: He doesn't have any high range feats even though he's a marksman strangely. (Or at least, I couldn't find/remember any) The most I could find was that he can extend his Bungee Gum several meters. (I think it was around 10 meters)
Intelligence: Genius. Hisoka is easily one of the most devious and intelligent characters in the entire series, having infiltrated the infamous Phantom Troupe for his own amusement and passing the Hunter Exam with flying colors. He is a master hand-to-hand combatant, easily making his way up to the 200th floor without a single use of Nen and dispatching two members of the Phantom Troupe, a group of the most powerful Nen-wielding criminals in the Hunter x Hunter world, with purely physical means. He frequently defeats his foes with trickery, reflected Gotoh's coins back at him as a mere distraction before appearing from above and slitting his throat. He is also sadistic and ruthless in combat, never relenting unless he feels that he has something to gain from his target or if they have potential to grow further. He even devised a successful plan to revive himself from the dead when he was cornered by Chrollo Lucifer, with the latter being one of the few characters in the series to make a fool of him.
Weakness: Overconfident, Cocky, Sadomasochistic. (Hisoka is willing to take hits and seems to derive pleasure from being hit. His pain tolerance is so immense that he did not notice that his leg was blown off. Lets his opponent have all the advantages to make a fight more "fun" which led to Chrollo nearly killing Hisoka.)
Neferpitou
Before I get into her stats, I'm going to argue why we should remove all "He" pronouns from her page. Pitou was never referred to as a male in the Japanese manga, they only ever used gender neutral pronouns like "Aitsu". If anything, Togashi seems to lean more towards Pitou being a female. In the more recent Chimera Ant Arc chapters, Pitou can be seen with a small bust and also has narrow hips and long eyelashes. The argument people usually love to refer to as to why Pitou should be considered a male is from the databooks where it calls Pitou "kare" which is usually translated to "he." The thing is, Togashi himself did not write the databooks. What is more likely is that a random editor just assumed Pitou was a male because the editor saw that Pitou used "Boku" which is again, usually used by young men but females can use it too (An example I can think of is Nui Harime from Kill la Kill). Another important thing to note is that the databook came out like right after Pitou was introduced. Pitou's early depictions were... unusual, to say the least. As Togashi's artstyle improved over the years, Pitou was drawn with a more noticeable bust like this. Databooks are not completely accurate, and Pitou being called a "He" in the databook is about as legit as saying Star Platinum is the most invincible Stand ability. I would prefer that we refer to Pitou as a "She" but I'm fine with "They" as well. Also a good quote for her: "Yup! I'm purrty strong! ÔÖí"

Killua stated that Pitou's Ren was far more terrifying than Hisoka's or Illumi's, and she terrified Rammot while in a neutral state of mind.) Skilled Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Killed Kite, a highly skilled Nen user and fighter) Summoning (Doctor Blythe is a giant doll conjured to heal, Body Puppetry summons a clown pupeteer, and Terpsichora summons a monstrous ballerina dancer), Enhanced Senses (Sight, Hearing, and Smell. Spotted Kite, Gon, and Killua from 2 KM away, spotted Isaac Netero among hundreds of Dragon Dive projectiles, heard a cell phone even though Gon could not, and sniffed out Pokkle while he was hiding underneath a pile of bones.), Madness Manipulation Type 3 (Palm kills herself upon feeling Pitou's E) Healing/Regenerationn with Doctor Blythe (Low-Mid. She Healed a disemboweled Komugi, and is able to reattach Meruem's severed arm. She can also use it on herself), Body Puppetry with Puppeteering (she can control any corpse so long as it is able to move. Puppets are able to speak and use Nen and Pitou can tell when one is disabled, which could possibly be Extrasensory Perception.), Statistics Amplification with Terpsichora (While it was never directly stated what exactly it does, it appears to boost Pitou's physical stats to a much higher level and requires 0.1 seconds to activate), High Pain Tolerance (Did not flinch even after breaking her arm.), and Instinctive Reaction with Post-Mortem Terpsichora (Even while dead, is able to continue fighting with Terpsichora.)
AP: Other than scaling to Youpi's Rage Blast calc, we can use these: (Killed Kite shortly after birth, Isaac Netero, the strongest human alive, wondered if she was stronger than him., Colt believes that Pitou's raw power is superior to Netero's, and Ikalgo believed that even if Gon, Killua, Palm, Knuckle, Meleoron, and himself teamed up, Pitou would still beat them. ). Now, here's the kicker: I would like to propose a second key for Pitou, which I would title "As a Corpse Puppet" and she could end up as a Low 7-C in this key. Pitou severed Adult Gon's arm, whose durability is listed as Low 7-C. If nothing else, it should still be considered a massive power boost and I believe it's enough to warrant a second key.
Speed: (Is the fastest of the Royal Guard. Link to 2 KM jump will be here. Stated that Pitou could've easily killed Gon with a broken arm before he could even react. Was able to barely perceive Netero's arm movements. Post-Mortem Pitou is fast enough that Killua in Kanmuru was unable to react in time to save Gon's arm from Pitou.)
Lifting Strength: Can very casually mutilate Nen using humans.
Striking Strength: Nothing to put here. Can casually mutilate humans.
Durability: (Pitou easily has some of the best durability feats. Wasn't hurt by a slap from Netero's Hyakushiki Kannon, Was merely bruised by a tail swipe from Meruem, who was intending to kill her. Meruem's tail swipe can one-shot Squadron Leaders. Low 7-C Gon needed multiple Jajanken punches to kill her.)
Stamina: Extremely High (Was never shown to sleep, and maintained En for days straight, only releasing En to heal the King. Zeno Zoldyck stated that En is an extremely tiring technique.)
Range: 3 KM? I thought it was 2 KM. Other than the 2 KM jump, her En can also reach up to 2 KM.
Standard Equipment: None notable, unless a cell phone counts.
Intelligence: At least Gifted, possibly Genius. (Learned how to lobotomize people just moments after birth, and apparently created a chemical lab.)
Weaknesses: She can only use Ten while Doctor Blythe is active as it requires a lot of Ne, and she cannot move beyond 20 meters as it's connected to her tail. Her puppets are not very strong and are easily predictable. Is fiercely loyal to Meruem and is willing to die for him. Highly protective of Komugi. Prioritized her life over killing Gon.
Chrollo Lucilfer
P&A:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Specialist), Power Absorption and Power Nullification (Skill Hunter allows Chrollo to steal Nen abilities of others. The victim is no longer able to use the specific Nen ability. With Double Face, Chrollo can use up to 2 abilities at a time as he can close a page and still utilize an ability), Summoning (Can conjure ghostly skeletal entities called Indoor Fish), Biological Manipulation (With Indoor Fish, victims do not bleed, feel pain, and are unable to die until the Fish goes away.), Sealing (Fun Fun Cloth shrinks any object to a size that can easily fit the palm of a hand.), Teleportation (Teleported Nobunaga to prevent him from attacking Hisoka), Body Puppetry (Black Voice allows Chrollo to control anyone by sticking an antenna in them. Order Stamp can control a puppet, but it must have a head and must be lifeless ), Explosion Manipulation (The Sun and Moon allows Chrollo to mark targets with either a Sun or a Moon. When the two marks touch each other, they explode. Once affixed, they do not disappear until activated, even if the book is closed.), Duplication (Gallery Fake allows Chrollo to copy any object he touches with his left hand and conjure the fake in his right.), Shapeshifting (Convert Hands allows Chrollo to copy appearances with his left hand and his right makes others look like Chrollo himself.), Clairvoyance (With Lovely Ghostwriter, Chrollo can write out accurate predictions of the future in the form of poetry.), Weapon Mastery (Chrollo can kill Nen users with a pe and can wield a knife skillfully enough to harm Silva Zoldyck.), Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Fought against both Zeno and Silva and put Hisoka on the defensive.), and Poison Manipulation (Chrollo claims 0.1 mg of poison on his Ben's Knife can paralyze a whale.)
AP: (Is believed to be the strongest Phantom Troupe member. Machi ranks Chrollo cleanly above Hisoka. Can keep up with, and fight Zeno and Silva Zoldyck. In their fight, Chrollo momentarily stunned Hisoka with a punch.)
Speed: (Dodged attacks from Zeno and Silva, Pakunoda states Chrollo could easily dodge an attack lasting 0.2 seconds, and Chopped Neon's neck so fast that no one but a skilled assassin saw it.)
Lifting Strength: (In the Phantom Troupe, where all members possess superhuman strength, Chrollo ranks 7'th in arm-wrestling. Can throw adult males several meters with only one arm. )
Striking Strength: (His chop can decapitate a normal perso, can kill with a single pen strike to the head.)
Durability: (Can tank Zeno's attack and survived an explosion caused by Silva, and also survived being hit by Hisoka.)
Stamina: (Was able to keep up with Zeno and Silva, 2 of the most dangerous assassins in the world, and was also able to fight Hisoka.)
Range: Null.
Standard Equipment: Ben's Knife, Skill Hunter, and a cellphone.
Intelligence: At least Gifted, possibly Genius. Other than the feats already listed, was able to plan Hisoka's defeat, however Chrollo possessed an overwhelming advantage over Hisoka.
Weaknesses: While using an ability, Chrollo must turn to the page with the ability on it and the book must remain opened in his right hand; this means he could only have access to one chosen ability at a time. Double Face somewhat circumvents this and allows Chrollo to use 2 abilities at a time. To steal a Nen ability, Chrollo must meet 4 difficult requirements. Indoor Fish can only be used in a sealed room. Order Stamp cannot control anything living. As of the Dark Continent arc, he has lost Clairvoyance, Body Puppetry, and Duplication due to the deaths of Neon Nostrade, Shalnark, and Kortopi.
Feitan Portor
P&A:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Transmuter), Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant, Afterimage Creation (Created afterimages in his fight with Zazan.), Weapon Mastery (Is highly adept with a sword), Aura (Seen in his fight with Zaza), Transmutation (Transmuted his aura into a sphere during Pain Packer. The more damage Feitan takes, the more powerful it is. Can create a suit or armor from nowhere.), Fire Manipulation (Rising Sun incinerates the victim.), Statistics Amplification and Rage Power (Pain Packer is activated by Feitan's rage and his aura output is boosted), Resistance to Fire Manipulation (The armor he conjures seems to protect him from the scorching effects of Rising Sun.), and Durability Negation with Pain Packer? (Easily killed Zazan with Rising Su, who was completely unaffected by Feitan's Ko attack.)
"Can fire projectiles made of Nen, can create a blade out of his aura". Where is that from? Are they talking about the bullet he fires and the sword he uses?
AP: Feitan doesn't have a calc for Rising Sun? Other than that, we can use: Killed Zazan, one of the strongest Squadron Leaders. (Feitan is certainly one of the strongest Troupe members, imo he's top 3 along Chrollo and Hisoka.)
Speed: Is the swiftest member of the Troupe. (Most of his "fights" are just him blitzing people. Restrained Gon before he could react. Escaped a car before Fun Fun Cloth took affect. Kalluto Zoldyck, a member of the infamous Zoldyck Family, could barely perceive Feitan fighting Zazan. Was stated to be rusty in his fight with Zazan, and as the fight went on, Feitan was beginning to overwhelm Zazan with his speed.)
Lifting Strength: (Ranks 5'th in the Troupe in arm wrestling)
Durability: (Survived a Nen blast without using Ne, Can survive hits from Zazan.)
Stamina: High. Effortlessly fought dozens of Mafia members, fought Zazan without showing any sings of exhaustion.
Range: Looks good.
Standard Equipment: Umbrella with a hidden sword, a coin with a spider on it (I think all Troupe members were stated to carry one around to settle disputes).
Intelligence: Above Average. Highly skilled combatant and a master torturer. Is usually seen reading Trevor Brown books as a hobby.
Weaknesses: Rarely fights on full strength. Pain Packer requires damage to be dealt to Feitan.
Phinks Magcub
Good quote for him: "No way. I refuse to kill for charity. You come at us. You're still Meteor City natives, aren't you?! Show us there's some spirit left in you!!! Send yourselves off in style!"

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Enhancer), Aura, Enhanced Senses (Detected Ken'i and his henchmen and also sensed the disappearance of a mobster), Statistics Amplification (Ripper Cyclotron increases the power of his punches with each arm rotation. 15 rotations was enough to completely obliterate a Chimera Ant's extremely tough carapace.), Stealth Mastery (Tailed Killua Zoldyck without being noticed, and even Nobunaga and Machi weren't sure who was tailing them.), Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Is the vanguard of the Troupe along Uvogin and Nobunaga. Most of his "fights" are just him snapping necks. Matched Killua in combat.)
AP: Casually killed Dalzollene. One-shot a Chimera Ant. Phinks can increase his AP with Ripper Cyclotron.
Speed: Is one of the swiftest Phantom Troupe members. Kept up with and caught Killua. Dodged rocks thrown at him despite being taken by surprise and intercepted a kick from Killua which also caught him off guard. Casually blitzed multiple mafia members. Cut in front of Gon and Killua despite them having a headstart.
Lifting Strength: Ranks second in arm-wresting in the Troupe, behind only Uvogin. Restrained Killua. Killua had to rip the skin off his legs to escape his grip.
Striking Strength: Can one-shot powerful monsters like Chimera Ants.
Durability: He doesn't have any feats since he's never been shown to be injured in the entire series so we're forced to use power-scaling. But since he's the 2'nd strongest Troupe member physically, it should definitely be higher than most Troupe members.
Stamina: High. Can fight multiple mafia members and Chimera Ants without breaking a sweat.
Intelligence: Average, but is highly skilled at combat and is especially knowledgable about Nen, enough to explain how post-mortem Nen works to Gon and Killua and explain to Kalluto how Zazan damaged Feitan despite not hitting him.
Weakness: His Ripper Cyclotron is highly telegraphed and can presumably be interrupted. Is unable to properly guage how many rotations needed for a punch.
Menthuthuyoupi
Here's a good quote for him: "I'm Youpi, the Royal Guard. There's no before or after!!"

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Enhancer), Skilled Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Defeated Shoot in 20 seconds. Easily defeated Morel and Knuckle, despite them having preparation.), Empathic Bond (After donating his cells to Meruem, Youpi is able to feel what Meruem feels, and vice versa.), Transformation and Shapeshifting (Youpi can freely control any part of his body. He can change his body to whatever he likes, ranging from growing extra arms and eyes or turn into a centaur-like creature.), Flight (Youpi can grow wings.), Berserk Mode, Rage Power, and Self-Destruction (Under extreme stress, Youpi grows as his rage grows, his body transforms, and releases an explosion that created a gigantic crater.), Resistance to Magma Manipulation (Walked into the crater left by the Poor Man's Rose and was completely unharmed.), Electricity Manipulation (Even though Youpi was stunned, Killua's attacks in his Kanmuru form dealt no damage.), and Poison Manipulation (Resisted the effects of the Rose Poison for a time, but ultimately succumbed). Aura (As a Royal Guard, Youpi has an unfathomable amount of aura. Knuckle was unsure of the limits of his aura, and he later estimated Youpi to have, at the very least, 10 times the amount of Morel, and again, at the very least, 700,000 aura units. Colt believes Youpi's raw power exceeds Isaac Netero's. Youpi believes no one in the Extermination Unit possesses even a tenth of his raw power. )
AP: Besides scaling to Pitou, he basically stomped Morel, Shoot, and Knuckle.
Speed: Is the slowest of the Royal Guard, but is still fast enough to destroy 5 of Morel's smoke puppets in an instant, spotted the extermination team, transformed, then destroyed a staircase in 3 second flat, and in his centaur form, was fast enough to pass Knuckle before he even realized Youpi moved.)
Lifting Strength: At least Class K (Is the strongest Royal Guard physically, and possibly even stronger than Meruem physically.)
Striking Strength: (Obliterated a massive staircase with one blow and shook the palace. A double strike left an enormous crater and caused the entire tower to collapse.)
Durability: (Comparable to Neferpitou's durability. Tanked a tail strike from Meruem, however Meruem was not attempting to kill. Completely unharmed by attacks from Knuckle and Killua in Kanmuru.)
Stamina: Immensely High (Comparable to Neferpitou. Was also never shown to sleep in the series. Fought multiple members of the Extermination Unit and used ludicrous amounts of aura without showing signs of tiring.)
Intelligence: Above Average. By Youpi's own admission, he is the slowest of the Royal Guard, but he still demonstrated above average intellect. He possess high analytical skills, and figured out how to use his rage power and explosion and also to exploit the weakness in his transformation in just one try, and deduced Meleoron's power.
Weaknesses: He is easily provoked and is easy to outwit. Is fiercely loyal to Meruem and is willing to die for him. After donating most of his cells to Meruem, he is forced into a much smaller form and is vastly weakened in this state.
Shaiapouf
"They're all here for you!! They all belong to you! You will rule over this ignorant mass and stand at the top of the food chain!! The entire world will shine beneath your glorious light!! This is your divine destiny!!!"
P&A:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Manipulator), Skilled Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Easily defeated Morel, albeit the latter was exhausted at the time.), Flight (With his butterfly wings), Empathic Bond (After donating most of his cells to Meruem, Pouf is able to feel whatever the King feels, and vice versa.), Power Bestowal (Pouf is able to bestow Nen abilities to individuals, via enveloping them in a coccoon.), Biological Manipulation (Pouf's cocoon ability turns humans into Chimera Ant hybrids.), Mind Manipulation, Willpower Manipulation, and Limited Empathic Manipulation (Spiritual Massage allows Pouf to read an opponents emotions, hypnotize them, and completely suppress their will.), Duplication and Size Manipulation (With Beelzebub, Pouf can split his body into miniature segments of himself and he can vary the size of each clone.), Shapeshifting (With Body Reconstruction, Pouf can alter his face, physique, and even his voice so well that he fooled Neferpitou.), Madness Manipulation Type 3 (Despite being in a neutral state of mind, his aura made Knov suffer a mental breakdown.), and Immortality Type 2? (With Beelzebub, Pouf can survive with only a fraction of his original mass.)
AP: At least 8-A+, possibly Low 7-C. (Shaiapouf is the weakest member of the Royal Guard physically, however, as a Royal Guard, he should still be comparable to Neferpitou and Menthuthuyoupi. Should be superior to Squadron Leaders such as Zazan, who can fight Phantom Troupe members on equal footing)
Speed: Massively Hypersonic (Comparable to Neferpitou. Casually avoided Zeno Zoldyck's Dragon Dive projectiles, struck Morel and took his pipe before he could even react. He can use Ken to increase his speed.)
Lifting Strength: At least Class 100, likely higher. (Is the weakest member of the Royal Guard physically but should still be somewhat comparable to Pitou and Youpi.)
Striking Strength: Likely 8-A+. Same reason for AP.
Durability: At least 8-A+, likely Low 7-C (Survived a tail swipe from Meruem. No sold attacks from Morel.)
Stamina: Immensely High (Was never shown to sleep, and fought without showing any signs of exhaustion.)
Range: Looks good.
Intelligence: At least Gifted, possibly Genius. (Pouf claims himself to be the most intelligent of the Royal Guard. He is capable of coming up with and estimating the likelihood of a large number of possible scenarios, is highly skilled at character judgment and manipulation, being able to manipulate not only Gon and Morel, but also Pitou and Meruem himself. He is capable of determining a person's likely course of action with the help of Spiritual Message, giving Neferpitou the impression he could read their mind. Outsmarted Morel, a highly intelligent Nen user himself, forcing him into a tactical dilemma, deduced the source of Morel's power, and quickly formulated a series of plans on the fly to prevent an amnesiac Meruem from remembering Komugi.
Weakness: His judgment is clouded by his love for the King, and is highly prone to overthinking. Spiritual Massage can be countered with a strong enough air current. For Beelzebub, any clone smaller than a fly loses their sight, the clones are far less durable, and their Regenerationn can be negated by targeting their cells.

Statistics Amplification with Ren, Ten, Ko, Ken, Shu, and Ryu.
Now, I'll start with my favorite character, Hisoka.
P&A:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Transmuter), Aura (Has a powerful and sinister aura.), Genius Intelligence, Martial Arts (Capable of outmatching Gon in H2H combat. Can fight entire crowds.), Transmutation (Hisoka can turn his aura into a sticky and elastic substance called Bungee Gum.), Enhanced Senses. (Even overlooking Gyo, Hisoka easily has some of the best detecting feats in the entire series. He detected Kalluto Zoldyck, while he was using Zetsu, which greatly shocked master Nen users like Nobunaga and Machi. Kalluto's Zetsu is described to be "flawless". ), Surface Scaling (Can use Bungee Gum to walk on walls.), Acrobatics (Is highly agile), Attack Reflection. (He can deflect projectiles with Bungee Gum. Launched Razor's ball right back at him. Sent all of Gotoh's coins back at him.), Resurrection? (Commanded Bungee Gum to restart his heart and lungs after he died, resuscitating him.), Expert Marksman (Can throw his cards with extreme precision.), Stealth Mastery (He has good stealth feats we can use. Was able to remain hidden from Killua, Amane, and Tsubone, Snuck into the Hunter's Association HQ and assassinated Teradein without being seen.), Limited Illusion Creation? (With Texture Surprise, he was able to create a fake prophecy that tricked Nen users of the Spiders' caliber. He can replicate over 1,000 different textures.), Weapon Mastery (He usually kills with nothing but playing cards and Shu, and is capable of using a makeshift flail to great effect, being able to harm Chrollo Lucilfer.), Immense Pain Tolerance (Was smiling despite breaking all 10 of his fingers. Casually dug into his severed arm, Was unfazed by losing both arms, and Did not notice that his leg was blown off.)
AP: Unfortunately, he lacks calcs so we have no choice but to use power-scaling. Best I can do is this: (Easily killed Kortopi and one-shot Shalnark, can fight relatively evenly against Chrollo Lucilfer despite being at a massive disadvantage.)
Speed: First key: (Disappeared from Gon's sight. Caught knives thrown at him easily, and on the first try. Easily dodged attacks from Kastro's double. Machi, one of the swifter Troupe members, was impressed by his speed. Blitzed Gon during their fight. ) Second key: (He's fast enough that Gotoh was unable to keep track of him. Can keep pace with Chrollo and the Zoldyck Family).
Lifting Strength: (Hisoka ranks third in physical strength in the troupe, behind only Uvogin and Phinks. Effortlessly lifted 5 humans and used them as a human hammer to fend off a crowd.)
Striking Strength: (Killed Shalnark with a single strike to the head.)
Durability: (Was relatively unscathed by attacks from Chrollo. Chrollo is capable of decapitating people with a single chop.)
Stamina: Immensely High. (Ran 80 Kilometers without breaking a sweat. Was not exhausted at all after fighting Kastro. Same goes for his dodgeball match with Razor, and his fight against Chrollo.)
Range: He doesn't have any high range feats even though he's a marksman strangely. (Or at least, I couldn't find/remember any) The most I could find was that he can extend his Bungee Gum several meters. (I think it was around 10 meters)
Intelligence: Genius. Hisoka is easily one of the most devious and intelligent characters in the entire series, having infiltrated the infamous Phantom Troupe for his own amusement and passing the Hunter Exam with flying colors. He is a master hand-to-hand combatant, easily making his way up to the 200th floor without a single use of Nen and dispatching two members of the Phantom Troupe, a group of the most powerful Nen-wielding criminals in the Hunter x Hunter world, with purely physical means. He frequently defeats his foes with trickery, reflected Gotoh's coins back at him as a mere distraction before appearing from above and slitting his throat. He is also sadistic and ruthless in combat, never relenting unless he feels that he has something to gain from his target or if they have potential to grow further. He even devised a successful plan to revive himself from the dead when he was cornered by Chrollo Lucifer, with the latter being one of the few characters in the series to make a fool of him.
Weakness: Overconfident, Cocky, Sadomasochistic. (Hisoka is willing to take hits and seems to derive pleasure from being hit. His pain tolerance is so immense that he did not notice that his leg was blown off. Lets his opponent have all the advantages to make a fight more "fun" which led to Chrollo nearly killing Hisoka.)
Neferpitou
Before I get into her stats, I'm going to argue why we should remove all "He" pronouns from her page. Pitou was never referred to as a male in the Japanese manga, they only ever used gender neutral pronouns like "Aitsu". If anything, Togashi seems to lean more towards Pitou being a female. In the more recent Chimera Ant Arc chapters, Pitou can be seen with a small bust and also has narrow hips and long eyelashes. The argument people usually love to refer to as to why Pitou should be considered a male is from the databooks where it calls Pitou "kare" which is usually translated to "he." The thing is, Togashi himself did not write the databooks. What is more likely is that a random editor just assumed Pitou was a male because the editor saw that Pitou used "Boku" which is again, usually used by young men but females can use it too (An example I can think of is Nui Harime from Kill la Kill). Another important thing to note is that the databook came out like right after Pitou was introduced. Pitou's early depictions were... unusual, to say the least. As Togashi's artstyle improved over the years, Pitou was drawn with a more noticeable bust like this. Databooks are not completely accurate, and Pitou being called a "He" in the databook is about as legit as saying Star Platinum is the most invincible Stand ability. I would prefer that we refer to Pitou as a "She" but I'm fine with "They" as well. Also a good quote for her: "Yup! I'm purrty strong! ÔÖí"

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Specialist), Aura (Her aura is so strong that seasoned Nen users like Kite, Gon, and Killua were terrified by her show of Ren. Killua stated that Pitou's Ren was far more terrifying than Hisoka's or Illumi's, and she terrified Rammot while in a neutral state of mind.) Skilled Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Killed Kite, a highly skilled Nen user and fighter) Summoning (Doctor Blythe is a giant doll conjured to heal, Body Puppetry summons a clown pupeteer, and Terpsichora summons a monstrous ballerina dancer), Enhanced Senses (Sight, Hearing, and Smell. Spotted Kite, Gon, and Killua from 2 KM away, spotted Isaac Netero among hundreds of Dragon Dive projectiles, heard a cell phone even though Gon could not, and sniffed out Pokkle while he was hiding underneath a pile of bones.), Madness Manipulation Type 3 (Palm kills herself upon feeling Pitou's E) Healing/Regenerationn with Doctor Blythe (Low-Mid. She Healed a disemboweled Komugi, and is able to reattach Meruem's severed arm. She can also use it on herself), Body Puppetry with Puppeteering (she can control any corpse so long as it is able to move. Puppets are able to speak and use Nen and Pitou can tell when one is disabled, which could possibly be Extrasensory Perception.), Statistics Amplification with Terpsichora (While it was never directly stated what exactly it does, it appears to boost Pitou's physical stats to a much higher level and requires 0.1 seconds to activate), High Pain Tolerance (Did not flinch even after breaking her arm.), and Instinctive Reaction with Post-Mortem Terpsichora (Even while dead, is able to continue fighting with Terpsichora.)
AP: Other than scaling to Youpi's Rage Blast calc, we can use these: (Killed Kite shortly after birth, Isaac Netero, the strongest human alive, wondered if she was stronger than him., Colt believes that Pitou's raw power is superior to Netero's, and Ikalgo believed that even if Gon, Killua, Palm, Knuckle, Meleoron, and himself teamed up, Pitou would still beat them. ). Now, here's the kicker: I would like to propose a second key for Pitou, which I would title "As a Corpse Puppet" and she could end up as a Low 7-C in this key. Pitou severed Adult Gon's arm, whose durability is listed as Low 7-C. If nothing else, it should still be considered a massive power boost and I believe it's enough to warrant a second key.
Speed: (Is the fastest of the Royal Guard. Link to 2 KM jump will be here. Stated that Pitou could've easily killed Gon with a broken arm before he could even react. Was able to barely perceive Netero's arm movements. Post-Mortem Pitou is fast enough that Killua in Kanmuru was unable to react in time to save Gon's arm from Pitou.)
Lifting Strength: Can very casually mutilate Nen using humans.
Striking Strength: Nothing to put here. Can casually mutilate humans.
Durability: (Pitou easily has some of the best durability feats. Wasn't hurt by a slap from Netero's Hyakushiki Kannon, Was merely bruised by a tail swipe from Meruem, who was intending to kill her. Meruem's tail swipe can one-shot Squadron Leaders. Low 7-C Gon needed multiple Jajanken punches to kill her.)
Stamina: Extremely High (Was never shown to sleep, and maintained En for days straight, only releasing En to heal the King. Zeno Zoldyck stated that En is an extremely tiring technique.)
Range: 3 KM? I thought it was 2 KM. Other than the 2 KM jump, her En can also reach up to 2 KM.
Standard Equipment: None notable, unless a cell phone counts.
Intelligence: At least Gifted, possibly Genius. (Learned how to lobotomize people just moments after birth, and apparently created a chemical lab.)
Weaknesses: She can only use Ten while Doctor Blythe is active as it requires a lot of Ne, and she cannot move beyond 20 meters as it's connected to her tail. Her puppets are not very strong and are easily predictable. Is fiercely loyal to Meruem and is willing to die for him. Highly protective of Komugi. Prioritized her life over killing Gon.
Chrollo Lucilfer
P&A:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Specialist), Power Absorption and Power Nullification (Skill Hunter allows Chrollo to steal Nen abilities of others. The victim is no longer able to use the specific Nen ability. With Double Face, Chrollo can use up to 2 abilities at a time as he can close a page and still utilize an ability), Summoning (Can conjure ghostly skeletal entities called Indoor Fish), Biological Manipulation (With Indoor Fish, victims do not bleed, feel pain, and are unable to die until the Fish goes away.), Sealing (Fun Fun Cloth shrinks any object to a size that can easily fit the palm of a hand.), Teleportation (Teleported Nobunaga to prevent him from attacking Hisoka), Body Puppetry (Black Voice allows Chrollo to control anyone by sticking an antenna in them. Order Stamp can control a puppet, but it must have a head and must be lifeless ), Explosion Manipulation (The Sun and Moon allows Chrollo to mark targets with either a Sun or a Moon. When the two marks touch each other, they explode. Once affixed, they do not disappear until activated, even if the book is closed.), Duplication (Gallery Fake allows Chrollo to copy any object he touches with his left hand and conjure the fake in his right.), Shapeshifting (Convert Hands allows Chrollo to copy appearances with his left hand and his right makes others look like Chrollo himself.), Clairvoyance (With Lovely Ghostwriter, Chrollo can write out accurate predictions of the future in the form of poetry.), Weapon Mastery (Chrollo can kill Nen users with a pe and can wield a knife skillfully enough to harm Silva Zoldyck.), Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Fought against both Zeno and Silva and put Hisoka on the defensive.), and Poison Manipulation (Chrollo claims 0.1 mg of poison on his Ben's Knife can paralyze a whale.)
AP: (Is believed to be the strongest Phantom Troupe member. Machi ranks Chrollo cleanly above Hisoka. Can keep up with, and fight Zeno and Silva Zoldyck. In their fight, Chrollo momentarily stunned Hisoka with a punch.)
Speed: (Dodged attacks from Zeno and Silva, Pakunoda states Chrollo could easily dodge an attack lasting 0.2 seconds, and Chopped Neon's neck so fast that no one but a skilled assassin saw it.)
Lifting Strength: (In the Phantom Troupe, where all members possess superhuman strength, Chrollo ranks 7'th in arm-wrestling. Can throw adult males several meters with only one arm. )
Striking Strength: (His chop can decapitate a normal perso, can kill with a single pen strike to the head.)
Durability: (Can tank Zeno's attack and survived an explosion caused by Silva, and also survived being hit by Hisoka.)
Stamina: (Was able to keep up with Zeno and Silva, 2 of the most dangerous assassins in the world, and was also able to fight Hisoka.)
Range: Null.
Standard Equipment: Ben's Knife, Skill Hunter, and a cellphone.
Intelligence: At least Gifted, possibly Genius. Other than the feats already listed, was able to plan Hisoka's defeat, however Chrollo possessed an overwhelming advantage over Hisoka.
Weaknesses: While using an ability, Chrollo must turn to the page with the ability on it and the book must remain opened in his right hand; this means he could only have access to one chosen ability at a time. Double Face somewhat circumvents this and allows Chrollo to use 2 abilities at a time. To steal a Nen ability, Chrollo must meet 4 difficult requirements. Indoor Fish can only be used in a sealed room. Order Stamp cannot control anything living. As of the Dark Continent arc, he has lost Clairvoyance, Body Puppetry, and Duplication due to the deaths of Neon Nostrade, Shalnark, and Kortopi.
Feitan Portor
P&A:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Transmuter), Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant, Afterimage Creation (Created afterimages in his fight with Zazan.), Weapon Mastery (Is highly adept with a sword), Aura (Seen in his fight with Zaza), Transmutation (Transmuted his aura into a sphere during Pain Packer. The more damage Feitan takes, the more powerful it is. Can create a suit or armor from nowhere.), Fire Manipulation (Rising Sun incinerates the victim.), Statistics Amplification and Rage Power (Pain Packer is activated by Feitan's rage and his aura output is boosted), Resistance to Fire Manipulation (The armor he conjures seems to protect him from the scorching effects of Rising Sun.), and Durability Negation with Pain Packer? (Easily killed Zazan with Rising Su, who was completely unaffected by Feitan's Ko attack.)
"Can fire projectiles made of Nen, can create a blade out of his aura". Where is that from? Are they talking about the bullet he fires and the sword he uses?
AP: Feitan doesn't have a calc for Rising Sun? Other than that, we can use: Killed Zazan, one of the strongest Squadron Leaders. (Feitan is certainly one of the strongest Troupe members, imo he's top 3 along Chrollo and Hisoka.)
Speed: Is the swiftest member of the Troupe. (Most of his "fights" are just him blitzing people. Restrained Gon before he could react. Escaped a car before Fun Fun Cloth took affect. Kalluto Zoldyck, a member of the infamous Zoldyck Family, could barely perceive Feitan fighting Zazan. Was stated to be rusty in his fight with Zazan, and as the fight went on, Feitan was beginning to overwhelm Zazan with his speed.)
Lifting Strength: (Ranks 5'th in the Troupe in arm wrestling)
Durability: (Survived a Nen blast without using Ne, Can survive hits from Zazan.)
Stamina: High. Effortlessly fought dozens of Mafia members, fought Zazan without showing any sings of exhaustion.
Range: Looks good.
Standard Equipment: Umbrella with a hidden sword, a coin with a spider on it (I think all Troupe members were stated to carry one around to settle disputes).
Intelligence: Above Average. Highly skilled combatant and a master torturer. Is usually seen reading Trevor Brown books as a hobby.
Weaknesses: Rarely fights on full strength. Pain Packer requires damage to be dealt to Feitan.
Phinks Magcub
Good quote for him: "No way. I refuse to kill for charity. You come at us. You're still Meteor City natives, aren't you?! Show us there's some spirit left in you!!! Send yourselves off in style!"

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Enhancer), Aura, Enhanced Senses (Detected Ken'i and his henchmen and also sensed the disappearance of a mobster), Statistics Amplification (Ripper Cyclotron increases the power of his punches with each arm rotation. 15 rotations was enough to completely obliterate a Chimera Ant's extremely tough carapace.), Stealth Mastery (Tailed Killua Zoldyck without being noticed, and even Nobunaga and Machi weren't sure who was tailing them.), Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Is the vanguard of the Troupe along Uvogin and Nobunaga. Most of his "fights" are just him snapping necks. Matched Killua in combat.)
AP: Casually killed Dalzollene. One-shot a Chimera Ant. Phinks can increase his AP with Ripper Cyclotron.
Speed: Is one of the swiftest Phantom Troupe members. Kept up with and caught Killua. Dodged rocks thrown at him despite being taken by surprise and intercepted a kick from Killua which also caught him off guard. Casually blitzed multiple mafia members. Cut in front of Gon and Killua despite them having a headstart.
Lifting Strength: Ranks second in arm-wresting in the Troupe, behind only Uvogin. Restrained Killua. Killua had to rip the skin off his legs to escape his grip.
Striking Strength: Can one-shot powerful monsters like Chimera Ants.
Durability: He doesn't have any feats since he's never been shown to be injured in the entire series so we're forced to use power-scaling. But since he's the 2'nd strongest Troupe member physically, it should definitely be higher than most Troupe members.
Stamina: High. Can fight multiple mafia members and Chimera Ants without breaking a sweat.
Intelligence: Average, but is highly skilled at combat and is especially knowledgable about Nen, enough to explain how post-mortem Nen works to Gon and Killua and explain to Kalluto how Zazan damaged Feitan despite not hitting him.
Weakness: His Ripper Cyclotron is highly telegraphed and can presumably be interrupted. Is unable to properly guage how many rotations needed for a punch.
Menthuthuyoupi
Here's a good quote for him: "I'm Youpi, the Royal Guard. There's no before or after!!"

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Enhancer), Skilled Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Defeated Shoot in 20 seconds. Easily defeated Morel and Knuckle, despite them having preparation.), Empathic Bond (After donating his cells to Meruem, Youpi is able to feel what Meruem feels, and vice versa.), Transformation and Shapeshifting (Youpi can freely control any part of his body. He can change his body to whatever he likes, ranging from growing extra arms and eyes or turn into a centaur-like creature.), Flight (Youpi can grow wings.), Berserk Mode, Rage Power, and Self-Destruction (Under extreme stress, Youpi grows as his rage grows, his body transforms, and releases an explosion that created a gigantic crater.), Resistance to Magma Manipulation (Walked into the crater left by the Poor Man's Rose and was completely unharmed.), Electricity Manipulation (Even though Youpi was stunned, Killua's attacks in his Kanmuru form dealt no damage.), and Poison Manipulation (Resisted the effects of the Rose Poison for a time, but ultimately succumbed). Aura (As a Royal Guard, Youpi has an unfathomable amount of aura. Knuckle was unsure of the limits of his aura, and he later estimated Youpi to have, at the very least, 10 times the amount of Morel, and again, at the very least, 700,000 aura units. Colt believes Youpi's raw power exceeds Isaac Netero's. Youpi believes no one in the Extermination Unit possesses even a tenth of his raw power. )
AP: Besides scaling to Pitou, he basically stomped Morel, Shoot, and Knuckle.
Speed: Is the slowest of the Royal Guard, but is still fast enough to destroy 5 of Morel's smoke puppets in an instant, spotted the extermination team, transformed, then destroyed a staircase in 3 second flat, and in his centaur form, was fast enough to pass Knuckle before he even realized Youpi moved.)
Lifting Strength: At least Class K (Is the strongest Royal Guard physically, and possibly even stronger than Meruem physically.)
Striking Strength: (Obliterated a massive staircase with one blow and shook the palace. A double strike left an enormous crater and caused the entire tower to collapse.)
Durability: (Comparable to Neferpitou's durability. Tanked a tail strike from Meruem, however Meruem was not attempting to kill. Completely unharmed by attacks from Knuckle and Killua in Kanmuru.)
Stamina: Immensely High (Comparable to Neferpitou. Was also never shown to sleep in the series. Fought multiple members of the Extermination Unit and used ludicrous amounts of aura without showing signs of tiring.)
Intelligence: Above Average. By Youpi's own admission, he is the slowest of the Royal Guard, but he still demonstrated above average intellect. He possess high analytical skills, and figured out how to use his rage power and explosion and also to exploit the weakness in his transformation in just one try, and deduced Meleoron's power.
Weaknesses: He is easily provoked and is easy to outwit. Is fiercely loyal to Meruem and is willing to die for him. After donating most of his cells to Meruem, he is forced into a much smaller form and is vastly weakened in this state.
Shaiapouf
"They're all here for you!! They all belong to you! You will rule over this ignorant mass and stand at the top of the food chain!! The entire world will shine beneath your glorious light!! This is your divine destiny!!!"
P&A:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Nen Manipulation (Manipulator), Skilled Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Easily defeated Morel, albeit the latter was exhausted at the time.), Flight (With his butterfly wings), Empathic Bond (After donating most of his cells to Meruem, Pouf is able to feel whatever the King feels, and vice versa.), Power Bestowal (Pouf is able to bestow Nen abilities to individuals, via enveloping them in a coccoon.), Biological Manipulation (Pouf's cocoon ability turns humans into Chimera Ant hybrids.), Mind Manipulation, Willpower Manipulation, and Limited Empathic Manipulation (Spiritual Massage allows Pouf to read an opponents emotions, hypnotize them, and completely suppress their will.), Duplication and Size Manipulation (With Beelzebub, Pouf can split his body into miniature segments of himself and he can vary the size of each clone.), Shapeshifting (With Body Reconstruction, Pouf can alter his face, physique, and even his voice so well that he fooled Neferpitou.), Madness Manipulation Type 3 (Despite being in a neutral state of mind, his aura made Knov suffer a mental breakdown.), and Immortality Type 2? (With Beelzebub, Pouf can survive with only a fraction of his original mass.)
AP: At least 8-A+, possibly Low 7-C. (Shaiapouf is the weakest member of the Royal Guard physically, however, as a Royal Guard, he should still be comparable to Neferpitou and Menthuthuyoupi. Should be superior to Squadron Leaders such as Zazan, who can fight Phantom Troupe members on equal footing)
Speed: Massively Hypersonic (Comparable to Neferpitou. Casually avoided Zeno Zoldyck's Dragon Dive projectiles, struck Morel and took his pipe before he could even react. He can use Ken to increase his speed.)
Lifting Strength: At least Class 100, likely higher. (Is the weakest member of the Royal Guard physically but should still be somewhat comparable to Pitou and Youpi.)
Striking Strength: Likely 8-A+. Same reason for AP.
Durability: At least 8-A+, likely Low 7-C (Survived a tail swipe from Meruem. No sold attacks from Morel.)
Stamina: Immensely High (Was never shown to sleep, and fought without showing any signs of exhaustion.)
Range: Looks good.
Intelligence: At least Gifted, possibly Genius. (Pouf claims himself to be the most intelligent of the Royal Guard. He is capable of coming up with and estimating the likelihood of a large number of possible scenarios, is highly skilled at character judgment and manipulation, being able to manipulate not only Gon and Morel, but also Pitou and Meruem himself. He is capable of determining a person's likely course of action with the help of Spiritual Message, giving Neferpitou the impression he could read their mind. Outsmarted Morel, a highly intelligent Nen user himself, forcing him into a tactical dilemma, deduced the source of Morel's power, and quickly formulated a series of plans on the fly to prevent an amnesiac Meruem from remembering Komugi.
Weakness: His judgment is clouded by his love for the King, and is highly prone to overthinking. Spiritual Massage can be countered with a strong enough air current. For Beelzebub, any clone smaller than a fly loses their sight, the clones are far less durable, and their Regenerationn can be negated by targeting their cells.
