MahoIku CRT: Tier 7 Mao Pam

So Mao Pam is scaled to Tier 7 for tanking a nuclear bomb. Problem is, nuclear bombs vary wildly in power, from 8-B to 7-A even restricted to real life examples. And this affects the verse A LOT, since tons of characters are downscaled from Mao Pam's feat. So basically, Cranberry, who as we all know is one of the strongest on the verse, has a casual 382.4 tons feat, but we don't really have many other feats to scale them to. Because let's be honest, what other feat on this series has an scale above 8-A?

So as much as it hurts me, Mao Pam's feat isn't realiable, and we should scale the characters to Cranberry's feat. This would obviously affect everyone whose scaling involves Mao Pam.

In the Limited Arc, after Mao Pam's death, it's stated the Kingdom plans to launch a weapon of mass destruction of Pam's power level in B-City to get rid of Pukin and Rain Pow once the forcefield around it is gone. It's stated it would rid the city off the map, said city being quite large

Cranberry's anime feat is casual. She's never shown going serious in the anime

I'm the source of the nuke complaint, so yeah. Without more tier 7 support, uncalcable statements about generic nukes shouldn't he used for anything more than supporting ratings. It's akin to me being blanket 8-C for tanking a generic bomb because a lot of bombs can blow up buildings.

I remember the nuke on B-City, the Land of Magic is crazy after all, but can we seriously scale to that? Unless we know the size of B-City, it doesn't have much value.

If you know the city's size you can use the nuke calculator with those parameters. If you dont, you could try and use context clues to tige an appropriate approximation.

I'm 99% sure the size of the city is never mentioned. How could we do the second one?

The specific size isn't mentioned, but we have some context clues.

The city is surrounded by peripheral highways, something that generally only exists around large cities. Frederica's team drives in a car on said highway for at least 20 minutes before stopping at a restaurant, at which point they hadn't made a full circle yet. Speed limit on Japanese non-express highways is 100km/h. It's mentioned they're going fast, but let's lower it and say they were going at 90km/h. If in 1 hour, they'd cross 90km, in 1/3 of that time, they'd cross 1/3 of the distance, so 30km. Considering they didn't reach the other end of the peripheral highway, it's longer than 30km. Thessaloniki, the 2nd biggest Greek city has a peripheral highway of 31km, the city being 17.8km2 wide. B-City would be at the very least as big as Thessaloniki. B-City also has a subway, another thing only large cities have.

Frederica's team's driving session was also because they were looking for a magical girl within B-City. MGs are able to sense each other across kilometers. On board, they had Pukin, one of the strongest and most experienced characters in the series; she was unable to sense any magical presence despite being 11 other MGs and 1 fairy in the city. Mao Pan, THE strongest MG, and Hana Gekokujou, who's magic literally involves having extremely sharp senses, couldn't sense anyone outside their group either; they had to split and search the city. The timeframe between which they started looking for other MGs and found the Nanamiya girls is 4 hours. Even having Mao Pam, Hana, and Ripple (another highly experienced MG) and splitting up, it took them 4 hours to finally other MGs. These two cases, while not providing info on the city's size, solidify the idea that it's pretty large.

This series has multiple tier 8 and 7 feats performed by people weaker then Pam that were just never calc'd.

Like Cherna Mouse eathqauke feats. Cherna Mouse running causes earthquakes that can be felt outdoors and grow strong enough to lift Shadow Gale off the ground

And the Great Dragons earthquake feat. The great dragon's roar causes the cave they are in to tremble so violently that the walls start to crack and the stalactites crumble. For reference the cave that the great dragon is in has walls that are 3 to 5 kilometres long

Some no name magical girl caused acid rain, which would require her to make clouds for it to rain.

The alarm rang three times, and then it switched over to a voice channel.

Another no name magical made storm clouds and rained lightning.

"Shufflins are still Magical Girls, even at their lowest number. They're still capable of fighting, so Diamonds, while being fairly weak in their durability and fighting skills, can still hold up, as long as their opponents aren't combat masters.

Some magical Girls are stated to be stronger than weapons of mass destruction in general and Pam is stated in that same arc as this statement to be the strongest magical girl.

"In fact, it might be even more serious with magical girls. On top of their regular human abilities, magical girls had a capacity to kill and injure far exceeding that of the largest predators—and potentially tanks, fighter aircraft, missiles, and weapons of mass destruction, depending on the individual. This made villainous magical girls far nastier than their human counterparts."

Maou's School Magical girls can destroy robots that can tank nukes.

"Fal ran the simulator again, and nothing changed. No matter how many times it repeated, the results were the same: total party kill. They had been able to easily complete the game until just now, but then after a certain point, they had taken fatal damage because their stats were lacking. This sequence of events kept going on.

Fal considered the reasons for the total party kill, and then it realized something. All the members of Maou's School had been eliminated, thus resulting in a huge drop in the participants' fighting ability, and in turn, the mook monsters were much more threatening.'''

The mooks in this game were ultimately a sideshow; the main event was the Demon King battling the Magical Girls. They could not have the Magical Girls being wiped out just by fighting trash mobs.

It would seem the game's difficulty would need to be tweaked. Fal weakened the endurance of the robots, which could otherwise take a nuclear strike. It weakened the power of the satellite orbital laser which was fired on the ground, turned the Ogres into Goblins, turned the Dragons into Dragonlings, and changed the mooks on the Grasslands. After that were the boss adjustments."

Pam is also called for threats that endanger the entire world.
