Madara Uchiha and Naruto Uzumaki speed upgrades.

Requesting an upgrade to Madara Uchiha and Naruto Uzumaki to Speed of Light and FTL respectively. This is going off the fact that Naruto dodged Madara's jutsu "Sage Art: Storm Release Light Fang". Page 321 of the Fourth Data book:

"A ninjutsu used by those who gained the six paths power, they emit a beam of light to bisect the enemy. Like a sharp and pointed fang, it cuts all things with the speed of light, making it impossible for the enemy to evade even one swing." Because Madara used the attack he should be upgraded to Speed of Light, and because Naruto reacted/dodged it he should be upgraded to FTL.
