Eh, I don't think BFR'd work. Luke's range is planetary and Kuma can make people travel through the world for 3 days while SBA dictates that in order to win via BFR you need to effect the opponent on such state for a week at the very least.

he has that range but he also has no skills that allows him to cross the planet to return to the battlefield, I think...

Yes, but having the range means that he can snipe Kuma from that distance while Kuma'd need three days to get him again since there's no evidence that the BFR works on a different way for himself.
