Lugia absolutely demolishes Alder with the AP gap and the fact that Shadow Storm hits both of Alder's pokemon at once + is super effective by default. Lugia won't hold back at all. Imo the only way to make this fair would be for Alder to send out 3 pokemon at once vs regular Lugia, because Shadow Lugia wipes the floor with Alder's Pokemon without breaking a sweat
