I'd disagree because war arc Naruto is High 6-C, while Gear Fourth is at least 6-C which means Bijuu Mode Naruto wins.

its not a stomp, naruto just edges it, he was nothing special before he got the sage power, unequalise speed and luffy speed blitz and one shots

Erm, what? Rasenshuriken has one-shotted people that are on par with Naruto or stronger than him. He's actually stronger than Luffy here. Also, he has Country level durability. Yeah, it's a stomp.

Erm, what? How does he have country level durability? The only way to have that is to tank an attack that destroys a country or is capable of destroying a country, and the villages in naruto aren't even City sized let alone country, a knife in the stomach would have naruto on his knees, also I forgot his talk no jutsu, whilst he does that luffy would have the chance to beat him, one Kong gun and his bones would shatter into pieces
