I think it was about space-time and not spital manipulation which is what infinity is.
tho needs more clarification from Naruto supporters.

It's obvious that power wise Goju is completely dependent of Infinity to not die. I thought about things Naruto could do to defeat Gojo some are more theoretical but considering Naruto's understanding of chakra is Extraodinary genius he would likely be able to pull it off as soon as he understands how infinity works.
The best way I see is making Gojo unable to breath, either by surrounding him with attacks that would burn all oxygen around and since Gojo still needs oxygen to live he would die of asfixiation. He could also manipulate air in an air bending style and taking air out of his lungs or at least make him unable to get air from outside infinity.
Naruto's bijuus also have poison manipulation which Naruto could potencially use to poison Gojo.
Naruto can potencially use magnetism to control Gojo at some point in the fight
He can potencially be able to break infinity using his space time manipulation and non physical interaction that allows him to touch and keep portals open and harm being that exist on another dimension.
Sealing Gojo it's also possible considering that Gaara almost sealed Madara, Bee also sealed using ink considering his understanding of chakra nothing stops Naruto from simple creating a new sealing jutsu based on any used before
Heating the surroundings until Gojo is boiled alive.
Using a paralysis jutsu, there were shown multiple of such jutsus some of which do not require direct contact, example would be Naruto using shadow jutsu don't think Gojo stops light from entering his infinity so he wouldn't be able to stop shadows.
Can potencially use ino's jutsu to manipulate Gojo's mind and kill him (If one clone uses that jutsu then he can rip is own heart out since that would just kill the clone. Or a more simple and more realistic one he can just use the toads genjutsu that uses sound which Gojo doesn't really stop from entering his infinity.
Or he can potencially just destroy the planet and let Gojo die in space, his older self already has self sustainance nothing stops Naruto from doing it earlier if he has to.
He has many ways to win as long as he can understand how infinity works he can create many ways to win and more since his knowledge on chakra could potencially allow him to create any kind of hax he can think of, obviously this part is part of the NLF so limit him to any jutsu ever used before it's still pretty reasonable although some need special traits like sharingan which as far as we know he can't do unless we assume he has Sasuke's DNA around if he can create KAkashi a new eye maybe he could use Sasuke's to create a sharingan.
