Low-7C vs Low-6B. Kars may have some insane regen, but his small town dura isn't going to hold up against country class striking power for too long. Nothing Kars throws at Luffy is going to be strong enough to matter anyway.

I think it would be more interesting if ONLY combat speed was unchecked seeing that Kars has MassivelyFTL reaction speed which is interesting in a 7C tier character. It may certainly mean that Kars could stall Luffy until Gear 4th runs out. It'd be hard to land a hit.

Kars would end up becoming like a gag character in this fight. He can't really hurt Luffy, but Luffy can't hit him XD

Just a thought, but with verse equalized, couldn't Kars utilize Haki just by seeing Luffy do it just like he did with Hamon?
