Recall only rewinds objects, not sentient entities. Since Luffy doesn't fight with projectiles I don't think recall will really come into play.

Link can use it to also stop time for a breather if he needs to.

Should probably read the Note on Link's profile and specify if his time stop in Recall is Limited or if he has Full Movement.

Uh Link has access to all summons and Fuse gear here still so losing the gloom spear still isn't the worst since he could blind and deconstruct Luffy with any ancient weapons and a dazzlefruit and he'd have to worry about fighting like 5 or 6 guys if we include Mineru into the summon pool as well

I'm voting for Link, he is more skilled at least compared to this Luffy and has access to a vast variety of weapons and contractions, not to mention even the limited version of Recall is useful.
