Luffy uses Conquerors Haki to tame articuno otherwise he Gear 4th speed blitzes after a bit of intense battle and probably finishes it off with a well placed rhino schnieder or Kong Gun
if Ace is faster than gear second then I'll have to say Ace takes the victory with Great Flame commandment flame emperor
As for Sabo small island beats large mountain and speeds probably somewhere in the same ball park so id give it a sabo win

Small island and large mountain are the same thing.
Precog and pressure will be both sides majors.
Pokemon have flight advantage.
Articuno absolute zeroes with sheer cold
Ace is unaffected by fire, while Moltres is only resistant. Solar beam may do a lot though. I give it to Ace.
Zapdos has the advantage with the chance of paralysis.

Articuno wins with absolute zero,
Moltres' Sunny Day/Solar Beam spam while flying should handle Ace unless he can fly.
Zapdos is the closest fight imo but the flight is what gives it to Zapdos + the effects of lightning (paralysis, Thunder-Wave giving an instant Paralysis).
