Previously, we have had 16 shooters sign up and fight for their lives, and 8 unfortunately fell. However, by the authorities of this killing game, they have given these 8 fallen characters a second chance, and any losses after their second chance means they are dead for good. Alas, 4 of the losers weren’t lucky, and were subsequently vanished for good, while the ones who had lost the second winner’s round have dropped to fight the surviving first loser’s round contestants in the fight for their lives.

We begin the second loser’s round as the Liar and slayer of the British Agent who fell victim to the elite group of assassins, Taco (nominated by @Soupywolf5), fights the Sniper of the Straw Hat Pirates and slayer of the Hero Troop who fell victim to the Cubic Revolution Champion, Usopp (nominated by @Noneless21)!

Skypiea Saga Usopp is used. Rules stated in the tournament hub.

Who wins?

Taco: 6 (Psychomaster35, Noneless21, RandomGuy2345, Dinamic8000, Popted2, DemonicDude)

Usopp:

Inconclusive:

Battle of liars, yeah!

Taco seems to have advantage: While Usopp is stronger (84.62 ton vs 51.24 tons) Taco is smarter (Probably would't be led into a trap) and have the Attack Reflection with Invisibility

For now just gonna wait for more arguments

May as well debate for Taco.

So yes, Usopp has the AP, durability, and arsenal advantage, but it should be noted that Taco’s weapons can one-shot those on her level. Both of them are pretty skilled liars, so it would be unlikely they would fall for each other’s tricks. However, Usopp appears to be scared and it would take him lots of time to use his full potential, whereas Taco isn’t that scared at all. As such, she wouldn’t be hesitant to just start shooting at Usopp if he starts running. She can also go invisible to try to follow him in pursuit while he isn’t noticing her (The only downside is that the InvisiBow itself doesn’t get turned invisible) just like she attempted to do with Knife but was only busted because Microphone accidentally sneezed. Though, she is most likely aware of it and already makes it up with her own stealth.

If she notices Usopp is gone, chances are, she may be able to just pull out her listening device to listen to any noise in the case Usopp is hiding. If she manages to get up close to Usopp, she can pretty much incapacitate him through higher lifting strength or just paralyze him on the spot with her gun or the Temporary Paralyzer. Finally, any projectile Usopp would try to fire at her would cause Taco to catch them by her mouth before spitting them back to him.

Usopp's attack reflection might do something, but the object that allows him to do so is quite small, so I dunno how effective it can even be

Hmmm, dunno how inpact dial can help usopp here, it's a double edge swords after all
Problem is, the Impact Dial looks pretty small and must be used in terms of melee range, but Taco is just more likely to just shoot to stun him or sneak behind him with invisibility+stealth to go for the incapacitation or knockout before finishing him off for good.

That being said, it seems Taco will counter pretty much all of Usopp’s projectiles while Usopp’s damage counter is limited to melee range and will hurt him if he punches with that dial. As such, I believe Taco takes this.
