low 7-B bracket all for one vs Shantae

AM never beat AFO in strength. He always got negged by casual blasts and had to outplay Vader when he amped massively above what was stalemating AM.
 
Ok so AFO scales to 3.1mt while Shantae scales to either 5.4mt or 6.02mt which means she has the AP advatage.

Shantae resist the fear hax / hallucinations and they are basically equals in all their other abilities with the only exception being his healing/Regenerationn that sould be low-mid.

In the end I vote for Shantae, she can dish out more than he can and on top of that she can amp herself, hax wise they are equals with the biggets problem being the power stealing ability AFO has but dunno if that is covered under verse equalization.
 
AFO should work against any racial and naturally occurring "abilities" that Shantae has (if she has any), the magic stuff will be completely fine.
 
Strictly speaking, as it's only shown to work on Quirks, we could say that it is completely useless outside of verse. When did we start discriminating by power source? Regardless, see right before you started saying this.
 
If the magic is a racial ability, then he can take the ability to use magic. Doesn't mean hell get the magic itself, same way the copy dude would get a completely powerless version of OFA, but the biological stuff that let's her use it could still be taken away.
 
I still don't believe AFO can take Shantae's magic but to swerve to a slightly different topic, do we know how AFO actually takes quirks?
 
He needs to grab her? That's going to be very difficult due to Shantae being able to surround herself with pike balls and scimitars.
 
Getting close up gets AFO slashed up by scimitars and/or poke balls while range get nulled by bubble or reflected by mirror. He's getting the raw end either way.
