Since I noticed that Meruem's Post Rose tier is now 7-A this invalidates his match with Shantae as it is now a stomp in his favor, HOWEVER his pre-rose tier is now somewhat comparable to Shantae being High 7-C to Low 7-B with Ryu and Ko.
