Rules are
1. This is for characters who are Small City Level physically. Characters who get it by environmental destruction are disallowed
2. Characters with powerful thought based hax (An example is Ainz Ooal Gown) or some form of useful immortality/regen (Anything from High Mid and up) are banned. The only exception is if they don't use it in character (An example of what I mean is how Ikki Kurogane doesn't use his desperado hax in character)
3. No smurf hax, passives like mind hax are also banned
4. The conditions will be with Standard Battle Assumptions for every fight with the exception that speed is equalized
5. There will be 16 combatants
6. 2 per person and 1 per verse
